wow, that was pretty interesting. Easy and medium were easy, but a couple of the hard one really surprised me. Nice idea. High score would be useful. Maybe with a penalty (e.g. 10 seconds) per error.
It's OK but gets boring very fast. I just got fed up halfway through the second level. You don't even need any extra weapons, just keep finger on trigger the whole time
The game is fine, apart from the Nivea bit. How the hell are you supposed to know which bottle is Nivea sun cream vs Nivea toner. Woeful attempt at advertising
Really enjoyed that. One suggestion - make it clear that you need to use the scroll bar to scroll down the text, it just looks like it's been cut off. And preferably use arrows to do that, the scroll bar keeps scrolling the game window instead. Oh, and unless I missed it, there was no real introduction, I started the game fighting a dead bird for no apparent reason. Maybe a cut scene at the start? Cool game though.
I loved this game from the word "maleficent" on. I would have given it 5 stars, but it's got just a couple of infuriating elements. After the spell bug killed me on level 9, I gave it 3/5. The damage from monsters does seem a bit random, or maybe it's just too hard to tell which ones are really dangerous. I found it odd that none of your base stats rise as you level, apart from health (as a wizard anyway). Finally, the potion tool bar across the bottom means you've a longer view distance in the other 3 directions - if there's some way of hiding it that would be good. Cool game, 5/5 once the main spell bug is fixed.
Lol. One of my disgruntled townsfolk is so fed up with the situation that he's decided to go on strike - he won't be doing any recovering from his injury today.
Really fun game. Loved that you could merge abilities. Agree that a description on the achievements would help, and collecting weapons seemed a bit pointless in the end. Maybe split the cutscenes out a bit, make the panels a bit bigger and show one or two every few levels - I wasn't entirely clear in the first one just what they were attacking. Liked the end though :)
Exactly the same as the previous 3, with the minor improvement that you can click on a pole to remove an item. Still no indication of which pole you need to click on, still the arbitrary order in which you can put things on. Nothing new here
There's some really annoying problems selecting tiles, e.g. selecting a building instead of the tile behind it, and on Minarth, none of the tiles on the extreme right can be selected due to the scroll arrow that appears even when the map is fully scrolled to the right. Some other niggly things, like it's very hard to tell how many monsters are in a wave, hard to tell exactly when a wave will start, could use a x8 speed to grind earlier levels for resources.
Great idea, but ridiculous fiddly. Anything that requires pixel perfect timing like those red platforms ceases to be a game and becomes an exercise in frustration
