The Hero should RETIRE after he gains new land. For free his spot becomes a farm. For a small gold fee it becomes a temple, and for a large fee it becomes a school. Thanks.
Trust me, I wanted to add more things to make the gameplay and strategy a bit more flexible but I found myself at a point where I just added and deleted so many things that the game would've been probably delayed a lot or never released.
So I just made a list and stuck with it till the end.
How about "After completing his military contract, the hero settles down to the land entitled to him. He starts a farm (free), temple (costs resources), or school (costs gold)
Why do we have to work so hard just to get to automation for a game that has IDLE in its title? Remove these barriers, please. The game would be more fun
Age: 66. A note in my journal has been bugging me for a while; to return the old lady's wallet. I've always said I'll do it, but over 40 years later, I still haven't. I finally decide that no, it's mine. I Keep it. Inside is a 10, which I throw in the fireplace. Also included is a picture. It's a family, they're all at least middle aged by now. Or dead. But it doesn't matter. I can't hold out many more years. They're closing in. We'll all be dead soon enough.
So it currently only takes me three reboots, consistently, to upgrade my double MM gained powerup. And each run takes me about 5 minutes. So every 15 minutes I redouble my MM, and it's sort of a tedious cycle.
Game is a decently fun idle once you get past having to click, except at reboot. However, I actually "won" the game and it literally says "Game over! Thanks for playing." Why would that be in an idle game? Pointless. 1/5
I truly don't understand why the game stops at the war; if it had kept going into a defense/idle strategy game, fighting off aliens as your body deteriorates and you need more and more aid to continue, upgrading your laser and defense against the invasion... This would have been a classic
I liked this game but it's over too soon and the endless clicking is annoying. It's really NOT an idle game. Please do this game again, improve your art, and you'll probably place in the monthly contest and earn some money
Add blood magic to the game. A small number of powerful skills that use an un-healable amount of health. This also serves as a means to end your run early if you just want to cash in on RP. You even have room for it below Magic.
Sell unlimited upgrade slots that scale in cost and scale the difficulty of survival to match. People will keep coming back to the game for the high score, and you can add some Kred stuff to monetize that.
Well I've tried rebirthing twice and both times it just resets the game. It says I am claiming 6 RP and I hold the right side in, then back to square one. No RP, nothing. Too bad, seems real promising.
I don't even see the point in updating the cursor. Please make it restore some focus based on its click power or something, so that it's actually useful
The wizard just stands there casting a spell to improve himself, and I think the goblins worry. So, even though I don't find it worth the time, I occasionally have him cast meteor to assure them he is on their side. I don't need any trouble here, just Press The Button, my friends.
I like the idea, but it's a bit of work coming up with bonuses that feel satisfying and don't break the game balance. I might do it in the future, but no promises.
