There is no "report a bug" link on this game, but I did find a bug -- clicking on the map to enter the basement, I see the "loading" screen without any message, and the game stops here.
"play this game on ninjakiwi! leave whereever you are now and go to ninjakiwi! why haven't you already abandoned the place that gave you this game so you could leave for ninjakiwi?"
(okay, probably not the author's fault, probably a necessary part of a contract they signed)
"why aren't you putting out the fire!" "I'm four inches off from the drawing on the ground, just lemmie back up and ... nope, three inches off. Maybe if I left the parking lot and came back in..."
The timing on the 'hammer blow' or 'axe hit' is messed up. I can SEE the indicator light in the highlighted area when the screen strobes, but I still "missed."

Clicking the 'play' button sends you to another website; beware of trojans. The cheapass production quality, and using unlicensed artwork, makes me think this is just advertising-dollar bait.
