Great game - hope the sequel will be a longer version of it. At the end of this one, I was approaching the 14th day and thought "I hope this is just the first of many sites".
I don't know what I was thinking, but I thought you got both penalty and rewards if you responded to a message - and nothing if you didn't. Now I actively chose not to respond, even though I had the AP, and just got a penalty. I hope that doesn't setback me enough that I have to restart or something.
1. You don't need two different units for the first siege, instead you need to click frontmen twice. 2. Tournament can always be accessed on the Gosha island. 3. Tournament dragon can be killed by using silence every second turn.
As I see it, this game is still in alpha, and they've spent a lot of time on making the engine and core much better, so they'll have a much easier time developing rapidly from now on. Sure, this 0.35 patch has a lot of bugs that may set things back a bit, but they'll probably be fixed quickly, as they get reported. So remember to report your bugs, people. Half the bugs mentioned in these comments haven't been reported on the reddit, so my advice is to try to help them out if you want the game to improve.
@Logan3D I didn't get that far before crashing and losing my progress, but I discovered that you can click each trophy for a special item. Maybe that's what they mean by "open trophies"?
Same case as windyblower, crashed when opening a level between the forest and the river or so, and then when reloading, I got reverted to the save from since I since last refreshed the page (a few hours back). Sorry, but I'm not playing again before that's fixed.
Like the prequel, all you'll ever need are the standard warriors and the hammermen. And contrary to what the games suggest, it's still best to have only one type in battle, rather than a diversity. I never had to fight the same island twice with this strategy. Bosses require no new strategy and don't seem to be ordered by difficulty.
I got this game on the top of my "recommended games" list. Kinda awkward rickroll when I don't care about Kongai and to my knowledge, Kongai has already been launched. Anyways, I'm sure it was fun in '08. Signing out.
@sillybizz I understand. There are many people who are highly reactive and exaggerate their frustration into inconsiderate arguments. In my experience, it greatly varies how much people think about what they say, and I wouldn't expect that to change from the general population. So when I read a comment that curses a game and almost blames the company for fraud, I just hear someone overwhelmingly frustrated saying that they don't like the game, without truly saying what's making them so frustrated. It could be something totally unrelated to the game. Humans are naturally irrational like that. As you probably know, I just wanted to point out that even though many people may be unreasonable in their argumentation, there are still reasonable arguments for disliking kreds-features while also respecting the developers. I don't think it's fair or constructive to generalize. Anyway, thanks for listening, have a great day.
@sillybizz I see comments like yours everywhere. Why is everyone so tense about taking sides on this topic? Why is it so important to be pro-or anti-kreds content? There's many ways to make money, and this is just one. Why is it so wrong to dislike an aspect of something that you otherwise love? Feel free to discuss business models, but the reality is that many people don't enjoy this one. And I'd personally rather pay for a game (or donating) than have microtransactions that unlock actual gameplay (but I think it's great for vanity content). Other people have different views. It's just feedback, and I'm sure developers care about the feedback.
I don't like the concept of timed puzzles but fortunately it was very short and fairly easy. I hope it was okay for mousepad users and/or people with motor disabilities. The game was good as usual. I struggled several places but I was proud to manage to get through it all without a walkthrough in this one.
The balance gets ridiculous quickly, and then all you do is spam click buildings and upgrades and the "go to next battle" button. And the OMG-notation gets out of hand quickly as well. But without all this ridiculous power I would probably not have played for that long, since there's not much gameplay to be entertained by. Decent, but needs some work 3/5
Have all but the survival badge. I'm having trouble even starting from wave 30, and it feels like it's partially because the machine gun is worse than my primary weapon, so when I accidentally pick up one of those, I can't kill all the things in time, and usually lose lots of mushrooms before the ammo is used up. Any tips?
Even with pausing and writing down notes, this game is too fast for me. I think it's the foreign names and all kinds of irrational facts that make things hard for me to picture in such a short time. The terrorist is my 17-year old sister, who is a nuclear engineer. And she recruited me, a 53 year old atheist astronomer, to join her Buddhist cult, but became possessed by aliens who wiped my memory. According to the report, the suspicious part is the atheism. Go figure.
