The production values on the opening story of this game ALONE amazed me with their quality. Great art, great voice-acting, and an intriguing story! It's a shame that the actual game-play is so frustrating that I wanted to scream. I can't face another level of maddening mouse clicks!

I liked the part with the vampires.

This game was really delightful, but it does need some balancing: at first, I did nothing but lose, then I learned how much easier speed was to raise than everything else, and suddenly I got so fast that nothing afterward was a challenge. Still: can't deny that I had lots of fun.

I haven't finished the game, yet, but is it too early to say that I'm enjoying it? I love the artwork, the interface is pretty good, and the actual language of the descriptions and interactions is really excellent. Cheers!

This gave was helluva fun till the fifth time it glitched on me. The code for this must be crazy complex, so I don't mean to criticize, but it's hard to enjoy even a game as delightful as this when there are errors that destroy everything you've worked on.

This game feels a little bit more like it was made in under a month than Nerdook's other offerings. It got uninteresting and repetitive after a while, but it's still hard to complain when the basic idea is so creative and charmingly executed. Still, I'd love to see a more mature and varied version of this same game.

The real enemy you're fighting in this game is the temptation to buy anything other than electric tours and starting cash. Use of anything else will hurt you. Great game mechanics: now it needs some balancing.

Level 4: Buy a salvage yard, then five shovelers. Buy another salvage yard, then just enough shovelers to buy you a tiny bit of time for another salvage yard. Buy a trailer. Then use just enough shovelers to keep the zombies at bay while you upgrade salvage yards to max. (This is the tricky part. The banshee wave, in particular, is scary.) Once you get to max salvage, things will be a bit easier, but the next part is crucial: use the angry mob to take out the first fat zombie you see. Then use the harvester to take out the second wave of multiple fat dudes. By this time you'll have enough money to build a garage and overwhelm the onslaught with survivalists.

I felt very lucky to work at a grocery store during high school instead of a fast-food joint. I'm not going to reverse that luck by pretending to work at one now!

Upgrade your mana regeneration rate. At the beginning of every battle, send your main dude over to the enemy. Immediately spam rain of arrows on the enemy base till it's destroyed. Send whatever support you feel like to help your main dude mop up the tiny enemy force. Rinse, repeat.

I really enjoyed this as a fresh take on the concept of tower-defense. I enjoyed it so much that I'm pretty chagrined to have earned everything possible in the game: I want to keep playing! I'd love to see a second, expanded version.

Folks, the player didn't murder anybody to get all those brains, he just raided a morgue! It's a perfectly ethical use of dead brains. Sheesh! You'd think nobody here had ever used a dead brain for anything before!

Strategy: use leading as a way to get rid of cards. You don't want to win individual cards, you want to win paxes. Lead with cards from individual, weak families. Accumulate bringalong groups of 2 - 4 birds in the strongest families and wait for a pax or a chance to instigate one. If you can, double the pax. If not, play the weakest winning bird from one of your bringalong groups. This uses your best cards when the stakes are high.

I love this extension of the Gravitee franchise -- combines my favorite Tanks/Worms style combat with the simple, great concept of tossing stuff around centers of gravity. Thanks for all your hard work in making the game!

The game ground to a halt for 45 seconds while an AI enemy tried to figure out what to do. I imagine that programming AI for a game like this must be rather a feat -- I'm impressed that it was accomplished at all! But it's definitely the most noticeable problem with the game right now.
