I'm not normally into idle games, but this one definitely has enough unique elements to be worth looking into. Could definitely stand for some more graphics though, a big part of the fun is exploring all your new buildings, and creating more content to discover would make it a lot more fun.
Game goes so fast it's boarder-line unplayable. Doing something as simple as making the catapults smaller (like 1/2" tops) could help a lot. I'm also getting some weird loading errors.
You're collision detection on low-lying objects like tent spikes and the threshold to the house need work. Things you should be able to step over create obstacles. Also, that monster scared the **** out of me the first time I saw it.
Great game. Love how well you blend TD with H&S genre. My one complaint is that the enemies don't really get any more dangerous past about 2/3 of the way though the game making the end game difficulty curve fall way off. 4 gun turrets and 2 slicers fully upgraded can practically do your job for you. I would suggest adding an enemy that can harm your turrets or make it harder to fully upgrade them (like 5 lvls to get to their current MAX toughness instead of 3), make flying enemies that avoid your slicers to force you to diversify, a tougher ranged enemy for the later levels, and maybe an end-game boss would be nice.
In reference to Chubawuba's bug report about the power-ups. It appears that you have your power-ups set on a single timer. If you create separate timer variables for each power-up you can make it so that picking up one will not effect the timer for others. Otherwise, if you only want 1 possible power-up at a time, you can create a function that sets all power-ups to false before setting the next power-up to true.
On another note, I'm curious as to why crates only sometimes need to be opened to see, and whether there is more than 1 world after the tutorial?

Ill make a note of it for the coder when I sort that out. there will be more worlds.. and ive got 4 or 5 already working but they are still heavily bugged and need polish. ill be sorting it out over the next few months and trying to get more integration into kong.
