Levels are much too long. Powerup doesn't add a perceivable advantage. Would be nice, as others have said, to see how much experience you're earning. Most of the weapons are crap...too difficult, too slow, etc. The machine gun has a HUGE advantage due simply for the ROF. Fun to play but needs work.
Since the game is clearly not finished it's hard to know what kind of feedback you're looking for. I think you know what to do...at least at first. At any rate, the dialog is cute and funny but don't worry about that stuff...focus on the gameplay because even the best story can't make a poor game worth playing.
There's really no value to a drag-and-drop action if there's no choices at both ends. Instead, I'd suggest a play pattern where you simply click where you want to place the shown tile. Having to physically grab it (when I'm offered no other options) seems a bit unnecessary.
Loaded fine (firefox) and is fun...like the car action...but wasn't so keen on some of the terrain challenges past the 10th level. I don't like having to do exceptionally hard portions more than once when I crashed. Good start though...and with some more function (like a level map) it could be really good.
Super interesting and unique concept. Lots of coordination, some twitch...overall fun balance. I didn't care for the fact that I couldn't just let some go...as if there was too much going on. What do the icons mean? If nothing, I'd ditch them.
Okay, but I personally prefer stronger gameplay concepts...never been a big fan of this type of game. That said, I still rated it reasonably as I think it's solid for what it is.
Great light strategy game. I agree with other comments below that units should change from level to level, whether it's veteran status, bonus points to spend, or whatever. Also, different maps (multiple elevated areas and/or distinctive map shapes) could help add variety in campaign mode.
The feeling and mechanics of the gameplay are what make this game shine. It would be nice to see this revamped without the "heavy metal" soundtrack and thick textures so that those people with light computers can play. It seems a little "overdressed" for essentially a light game.
I would like to see the menu system not feature those slow transitions...at least not during gameplay. Between levels is fine but often I need to quickly jump in and build something then quickly get back to my powers...but with the slow animations between the menus it's aggravating.
