I love Bonte style games but for some reason the logic on too many of the levels just didn't click for me so it was more frustrating than enjoyable. I would prefer puzzles where I don't have such a hard time just figuring out how to get the level to do ANYTHING because the controls are part of the puzzle.
Cute little game. It wasn't until I read the comments that I found out where the answers to the sign questions were - just brute forced the quiz maze. Otherwise a delightful and unique twist on a simple concept, done well!
I like a lot of this. I spent quite a while experimenting and dying before I figured out your inventory and upgrades don't carry over after dying, so I had been "wasting" lots of coins. Once I figured out how to spend skill points, and had a strategy (just upgrade a range weapon - switch it out with a shield to heal between fights) the game got really boring really quickly. Too bad, because the graphics and interface are top notch (except for the funky aiming - I thought of it as you have to point your mouse at the "head" of the enemy so since boxes are so low you have to aim above them...)
Really wanted to enjoy this game more. I love the 3D rotation aspect. But the visibility issues really distracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience (and the menu still had the bug for me, despite the note saying otherwise.)
@eyurt - when you add new energy cores, they multiply together. So your v and g together do x30x6 =x180. You select which you upgrade; they all apply their own multiplier all the time. You can see your combined multiplier above the merge screen if you didn't turn it off
Don't know why I get dragged into just watching the shapes swirl and merge so much - much more fun to idle with than most others. Only suggestion is to add hotkeys (like 1 takes you to Upgrades, 2 to Prestige, etc.)
Very nice little puzzler that ramped up difficulty at a nice curve. Great concept and nice controls (loved that R worked to reset a level.) Just needs more levels and a real soundtrack to make it AMAZING!
This game is well put together for what it is. What bothers me is that the difficulty level depends mostly on the feast or famine of getting P powerups. When I get 6-8 in the span of 12 seconds it's ridiculously easy, but the 45 seconds before that when I got none was nearly impossible.
I understand. This powerup really lacked a better design. I already cut the time based on how much you have, but still after you get them together, you become a God of destruction. Haha! Thanks for playing.
I'm another person who FINALLY got the badge - too slow to feel any significant progress so I am outta here forever. Nice idea for a game - not great execution :(
Started having issue where at random times left arrow would "lock" on as if I were holding the left arrow when I wasn't. Tried reloading game but it persisted. Good game design from what I saw (up to lvl 16) but couldn't handle this issue so quit...
Not an original concept but I thought it was a nice implementation of the idea. The choices of animations were on the difficult side for me, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
As others have said, nice short game. I liked the progression of adding new opponents, but there was not enough variation in how they interacted with each other (i.e. once you know how to get past a double spike they never challenged you again - you could have a level where the steps you take have to be planned out so that you evade an enemy and arrive at the double spikes at the right time.)
Keep up the good work!
Yeep, I could've made more interactions between game elements (besides of the player), the only one that really is designed for each other is the create and bat. But thanks, I'm glad you liked it (:
I find it very frustrating that combining two small bomb candies to create a big explosion does not unwrap the candies. Why be able to do the big combos if they don't help you progress? :(
Very fun. Seemed like most of the levels were less of a puzzle and more of a fun discovery of symmetry. Maybe it's just that I was a math teacher, but most of the levels just "unfolded" without much thought...
Have to agree that the graphics are amazing, but everything else seems unintuitive (controls and gameplay) - wanted to get into it but just couldn't seem to find a rhythm or pattern to the game
Beautiful little platformer. Love that the levels are short and sweet so you don't have to repeat a section you know how to do just to get to the part you are working on :)
I understand. This powerup really lacked a better design. I already cut the time based on how much you have, but still after you get them together, you become a God of destruction. Haha! Thanks for playing.
