wouldn't it be an interesting idea to have a percentage of your earned score be converted into some sort of monetary unit that could be used to buy new types of towers for later maps, and perhaps a between-maps command screen where you get to select which towers you can build in the next map, instead of upgrading towers? I mean, almost every tower defense has upgradeable towers, but I don't think I've seen many that allow you to decide which towers you get in you build menu.
Wonderful game! it may have been a bit short, but it was a ton of fun. I especially enjoy the popcorn-sound you get when you destroy huge swathes of enemies!
i love all the new turret additions, but just like in the other ones, this entire game can be trumped with only the heavy cannon and one turret in front to take the damage...
Ah, just like the first game this one is fantastic. great fun to play. The added element of luck just makes things funny, because often tactics that should never work in the first place often prove quite effective. keep up the good work!
I understand you tried to prevent enemies from spawning on top of the player in this, but they end up doing so anyways. standing still is all well and good in the beginning, but when you actually have to start moving then teh enemies will often spawn so close to your ship that they're unavoidable, and some even spawn close enough to damage the player the moment they appear.
This platforming thing actualyl got so bad that I had a war bow by level 4 simply due to falling off earlier platforms and having to kill more monsters because of it...
I would have to say that aside from the slow stamina regeneration rate, the platforming aspect of this game is what is most annoying. with the high spawn rates of enemies, youre likely to spend way too much time re-doing lost jumps, because you keep getting bumped off of whatever tiny platform you happen to be on at the time.
