I wonder if the "super-mage" glitch was added as an attempt to balance some difficulty by providing the player with at least one badass he can rely on in a pinch?
I just encountered one of the strangest and most enjoyable glitches I've seen in this game so far... somehow one of the first mages I placed was able to one-shot everything that came down his side path, regardless of armor, health, and immunities. it got to the point where he was still level one and had twice the experience to spend as my destructors, and I never needed to level him up.
in fact, if you hit anything with the very start of your swing, and it's capable of splattering or rebounding, it's gonna fly directly into your face. extra yay.
a decent game, but the controls can be frustrating sometimes. There were plenty of times a perfectly good run was ruined when my character simply wouldn't swing his sword when I clicked.
Fantastic game. depending on how casual the gameplay you want is, you can make it anywhere from a walk in the park to a desperate situation in every mission. the Explosive weapons are a bit too easy to win with, though. the fact that the grenades can be used to kill anyone anywhere without ever exposing yourself makes it somewhat of a breaker for some levels. I suggest that at least lower the amount of grenades you get for the high explosive ones down to three, like the rest.
Great game, and plenty of fun from all three games.
A great game. real difficult, yet still oh-so-much fun.
And theres a real satisfaction to having a goldfish with a shotgun kill a shark with a laser on it's head
A fantastic game. Although the goblins are alot mor powerful than any low level structure should be. in fact, if you get nothing but a 9x9 block of 8 goblins and one gym, you can hold off any ground advance indefintely. couple that with the fact that the liches deal massive splash damage, there could be some tweaking done to even this game out some.
for some reason this game runs incredibly slow compared to it's predecessor, even with all the settings turned off. anyone experiencing similar issues?
Unless you actually have a suggestion, idea, or recommendation on improving or fixing a game, sitting here and yelling abusive junk at the maker doesn't constitute any form of criticism that could actually be useful to anyone. Yes, the controls are loose. Yes, the levels are irritating. Yes, there doesn't seem to be any story. But maybe instead of bitching like a car full of six-year-olds about how much it sucks, maybe someone could try posting a real comment for once.
great game, it crashed for me as well, but pretty far into it. I suppose it's more stable on IE.
Please, don't simply give it a 1 if you can't play it. you're supposed to be rating the game itself, not whether it crashes.
just leave it blank until you can manage to get the game up.
as for the game, I say a 4/5 is good. It's fun, playable, but tends to get pretty laggy when using weapons that put out alot of ammo.
