This game is an excellent improvement on the old version. I really enjoyed BT1 and this offers everything that I would have liked to see in the old one. There are plenty of different tank upgrades with interesting configurations and weapons. Gameplay has remained essentially unchanged except now you don't have to swim around looking for bubbles once you've killed your enemies. What I don't like abuot the game is invincible mode. Once you kill the main boss, who you can't help but run into you can only quit or continue in invincible mode. Invincible mode is boring because there's no point any more, your tank is as big as its going to get and the neat abilities you worked to get are rendered moot because you can't take any damage. There should be an option to just continue without invincibility. As far as badges are concerned, increase the BF Badge to Hard, not because of difficulty but, because it takes a long time to find some of the tanks you need to kill.

I really wish people would stop complaining about the card drop rate. There are plenty of card challenges available and, they are easy as hell. If you think that you're lacking cards play on random and you can play with all the cards you don't have. People act like winning cards is the point of the game and it clearly isn't. If you enjoy the gameplay, keep on playing and you'll eventually get the cards you want. If you don't, stop complaining and do something else.

The deck choosing window needs some work. Its a pain to have to select the deck I want everytime someone sits down at my table, especially given how often they then leave. Sometimes I'll select a deck, a new person will sit down, I won't have the ready button available and then the match will start and I'm playing the first deck on my list, not necessarily the one I wanted to play. I'd like to be able to select a deck and then have that be the deck I play for the next match, no matter how many people come to the game and then leave. Fixing this would be an easy way to decrease frustrations with the kongai gaming experience.

I think the problem with the card drop rate only really affects those with a medium number of cards. Those with few can earn them rather easily and those with lots, while they don't get them very often (its been at least 50 wins since my last card) its not a huge deal because they have plenty of cards to choose from. However, people in the middle don't have a lot of choice in their cards and don't earn them as often as they like which makes them unwilling to grind for cards using decks they've played a hundred times. The solution however, already exists! Play random (all) and you'll get to earn cards using characters and items you don't have. I feel that people either don't know this or are unwilling to try it because random is well, random. Sure the decks aren't always going to be well balanced examples of design mastery but it certainly gives variety to those who don't own as many cards as they would like.

Ok, here's my new beef with timing in this game. Simultaneous attacks function as if you your opponent's attack already landed. For example, Cain solomon and I attack each other with the same speed attack, the damage from my attack brings cain's life down to below 30%, cain's attack then does extra damage based upon this new life total. In my opinion, this violates the concept of simultaneity. I'd love to see this changed, or at least made clear in the rules somewhere.

Just found a weird glitch. I was playing the challenge on insane, was on the apocalypse level, went into a cave, went up and to the left (hoping to find the diplo egg) and through a small passageway. All of a sudden the survival message flashed and I was in the survival cave except there was no way to get out, pressing space and esc did nothing, no scores flashed, just trapped in a cave forever.

I try not to complain about the probability because it seems like its all that people do but I think there is a reason for it. I wouldn't be upset by freak occurences (i just got stunned by yoshiro's open palm four times in a row) because I know that in any system where a ton of numbers are being randomly generated there are going to be unlikely patterns. What bothers me is that they happen all the time, sometimes they're good and sometimes they're bad but, there are more bizarre streaks than there are normal ones. And, they never seem to even themselves out during a match, either I get a run of crazy good luck or my opponent does, never do our freak misses, crits, and procs seem to balance each other.

one small character balancing issue, I don't know if this is intentional but vanessa voss's innate ability allows her to do more than 35 damage when she intercepts. I think that should be changed, it wouldn't make a huge difference but insofar as all other abilities clearly distinguish between additions to attack damage and additions to intercepting damage i think the slight nerf would only be fair.

Found a bug, not that i'm complaining. I apparently won a card during one of my matches but I didn't recieve any alert. I just found it when I was going to build a new deck.

Insofar as I know how to type this game is pretty boring because it is super easy. However, I wish this game were around when I was learning to type in junior high, it would have been awesome and would have enouraged me to become a better typist. Suitable for children age 10 to 13. Not much good for anyone else.

Ok, so i've played for a while now and can make the following observations 1)None of the characters are particularly cheating. When I first saw Marquis le whatever I nearly pissed myself i though he was so good, but then i beat him a couple times and realized he's no better or worse than anyone in the game. 2)In theory the card droprate was fine at 3% but in practice even with the new supposedly increased drop, I've gotten two cards for my 90+ wins. It would be better to guarantee cards at certain points than to leave it up to chance. 3)Probability sucks. I've played enough to notice that the percentages don't seem to even out over time. For example, I can count on one hand the number of times yoshiro's open palm has stunned someone, and i've used it easily a hundred times. I don't know how that can be fixed, but it should be.

I understand the attempt to give newer players more cards but I feel it could have been done better. Give new players 6 starter cards (3 characters, 3 items) and leave the percentages as they were. I'd prefer the cards were harder to get rather than easier.

Awesome. I've been looking forward to this for a while and the gameplay hasn't dissappointed me like so many others. The servers are obviously under a lot of stress right now, but that does not mean that it was released too early, no matter what the volume was going to be really high during the first days. Hopefully everything will even out and we'll get some smoother play in the near future.

Terrible, ship controls are about as responsive as a corpse, visually its a big clusterf***, enemies spawn into you with no warning, there's no clear end to each wave, the power pods fly away from your reach and off of the screen, I could go on...

This game is overall very good and compares favorably with other td games. It is deep enough to keep you playing for a while and offers some incentive for replay. There are plenty of different gems, skills, and levels which kept things interesting for a long time. That being said, the difficulty curve terrible. After the first epic boss, the game is a cakewalk, even the other bosses and hidden levels offer almost no challenge whatsoever. Part of the replay value comes trying to earn the glowing frame score, but once you get the basic strategy down you can get these the first time through without too much difficulty. This could be remedied by withholding the skill unlocks for longer or simply by increasing the speed, armor, and hit points of the monsters. What this game has that kept me playing and that other td games could really use more of is a fast forward button. Thank god for that little button, which made the easy levels just fly by.
