Not bad. But really too easy in many
ways. Once you set up a defense you just need to wait and rack up the coins and then make a few super soldiers after clearing the field with the satelite.
Would not have played it w/o the card, but not unhappy I did.
It's only luck if you let it.
There are many attacks at 100%
You can use the crane to get 100%
You can have "crack the whip" reduce the percentage as well as the ring.

I'm sure there are ways to cheat, but they would need two machines with two different internet addresses to play themselves. In any case, if someone has been here a while and played the weekly games they likely already have all the cards. I know I do.
Played it for the card. Once I had 50000 I just let it die. Still gave me another 800+ because of the bowmen and the fact that almost no hits had got through before. I'm Not going for the "hard" badge as it is just not interesting enough for me.
Potential, but.
1) One shot one kill should mean you
get only one shot.
2) The boat scene sucks. You fire an
insane amount of time to get it to sink.
3) you miss, should be game over or perhaps some kind of points scaling.
Sorry, but I would not have played this w/o the badges. Not a bad game, just not an enticing one. I hate the controls. Look at star fighter for REAL controls.
I like the game overall, but I'm feeling kinda stupid. It says to press the shift key to combine them all, but I can't get it to work. Anybody get it to work?
I'd love to see an API for this game
made. Plug in different songs like old Elton John or the like would be very cool. If they do that, I'll bump it up to 5/5 from 4/5. :-)
Luck IS a factor, but not the deciding one. I win better than 9 out of 10 matches on expert level. If it was luck, it would 50% or less. You just need to understand the rules that govern the decision process. The computer is fairly agressive about getting your pieces if it ends up with a net point gain. This is sometimes stupid for her to do as it means giving up her last pawn when you already have her king and you have your king still. Which means you can't lose except by stalemate.
Strangely addicting.
I'm mainly trying to get as far as I can with out losing any lives at all.
So far, my best is just losing one life to the boss at the end, and none elsewhere. :-)
You beat the boss by jumping on his
head while he is frozen and red in
color. Takes 3 hits.
Really a pretty cute game overall.
I know there are issues, but really most of this game is patterned enough that you can get the extra lives and beat the boss at the end.
So, 3/5. I'd give it 4, but there are some playability issues and a few deaths that I don't know what happened. *shrug*
Still I managed to defeat the game in less than 10 plays, so I really don't see what everybody is complaining about.
