Outside of the obvious complaints about starting all relationships with Tenchi Muyo level disasters... Not too terrible. Though I'm curious as to how many centuries in the future the game is set in that a drink costs 84.8 THOUSAND dollars.
The game has an basic flaw and I wish I knew how to fix it without breaking the game. Simply put it is WAY too repetitive. It's not that there isn't enough to do, exactly. But past the first few minutes the enemies are so numerous that it seems that twice a second it's swipe with saw. Check resources, swipe with say. Open menu, swipe with saw. Swipe again. Look to see which item I need, swipe with saw. Click the item, swipe. WTF to put it? Swipe. There's a spot, swipe. Put it there, swipe. After half an hour of that I was kind of done. I tried to figure out a way to get the troops and guns to keep up but... every time I did the enemies got more numerous. I do not know if the game scales to defenses or if my timing is just awful. Anyway... Maybe "arcade" mode is better for the build up but if everything is sped up I have no idea how I would keep up. But... I'm slow. In any case, I like the concept. But... *shrug*
Thank you for the detailed feedback! There have been changes made to the game in response to some of these issues, for example barracks now spawn 4 soldiers instead of 2, this helps to reduce the need to keep spamming the weapon. The cost of barracks and turrets have also been reduced, so they are available earlier in games. Combined with the upgrades being fixed and boosting fire rates of soldiers and turrets, the base should now be able to defend itself properly when fully upgraded!

I'm also a bit disappointed with locking off ships till later levels. Especially when in the middle of level 2 world 1 the creepy kid with the hat is telling me how wonderful planes with 2 guns are and how I should buy one ASAP. (Not an exact quote.)
I suppose I can't complain too much. It's free, sort of. But if you are going to publish a game on the PC as an ad for the mobile app... you might want to make sure it works well or you are getting anti-advertising.
Well. I have liked previous installments in the N.B.Wars series. This one seems messed up somehow. Trying to move to the edge of the screen has an artificial difficulty to it that keeps getting me killed. I need to be watching enemies and my ship, not the edge of the play area for fear the mouse will go a pixel beyond thus paralyzing my ship in the thick of enemy fire. I'm thinking it has something to do with the fact they are saying "Tap" instead of "Click" this time around. I don't mind sharing with the mobile community. but I'm kind of sick of developers bending over backwards to be compatible with them and not bothering to see if it's still compatible with the PC users.

Um... Okay. I know it's at least part;ly a space thing. And I REALLY appreciate being able to see the whole team in the Battlefield window. Buuuut... could we please have the "leave" combat button back? It's how I've been keeping XP equal among my raiders.
Incidentally, the focus button is greatly appreciated. I have always hated games where your team dies because they can't concentrate their fire power like halfway competent warriors. Many thanks.
I kind of like the idea, but I keep winning before it seems like things really get started. Also, would be nice if techs could be re-arranged without having to repurchase them. If this is possible, I missed it. The Instructions/tutorial was... strange.
Scrolling mechanism is very problematical. Ships shooting from off screen even though I'm as close to the edge of that side as possible then suddenly, for reasons unknown, is shifts. Not sure if I got killed or if my ship takes some sort of knock-back. Shop does not seem to have any indication of my current funds, but that's not an issue since my purchases do not seem to stick once I have left the shop. I'd like to like this. I like shorter simple games. But it's got a lot of either glitches or design problems that really... make me not. Hope this gets better with a patch or something. Sorry guys. Till then, low score.
I haven't experienced any issue with the upgrades not sticking can you tell me exactly what's happening? also you can see your current funds in the shop, and I will fix the scrolling mechanism after the game jams voting period is over.
The does not seem to be a reliable way to unclick a stone that has been selected, without moving it. Sort of a problem when trying to get a block partly hidden by other blocks.
I do not know what sort of jobs these guys have in Galt's gulch. But if they can afford to drive down this road every day... I want a job there myself.
Do you use Adblock? Thanks for the feedback!
