If you get stuck at the statues, restart the puzzle with the button top left corner and then get it right without mistakes. Worked for me, but it still seemed to crash if I made one error. Just restart puzzle and go again :)
I like the idea, and the zoom is a life saver. I think that I would personally like a couple of things though. A grab/scroll option to move around the screen, an option to disable the pieces locking into place if they are not connected, the ability to move several pieces at a time (ie to move them off of the ghost image), trays for sorting the pieces (I like to sort top, bottom, sides and middles, similar colours, etc). Good game though, I'm interested to see if it sticks :)
Get attacked - character flashes, power up - character flashes, low on health - character flashes, eyes having a seizure - character flashes. Great game, but please change the reactions so the player can tell what is happening. I hardly realise when I am low on health because my character is already flashing 99% of the time
@RCiro if you want to change the quality settings to lessen the lag, right click and select low quality from the drop down menu. This works in many flash games (not just this one)
@BSev The techdomes produce tech points to spend on upgrading pretty much everything. There is a button at in the bottom of the HUD to spend tech points.
Repulsors don't kill creeper, but they act as a wall. You need to know this on level 5 to stop your own creeper from being wasted down alleyways so you can kill the MASSIVE creeper at the bottom.
Some of the levels are really creative, but I think that the game could enhanced a little by restricting the materials used by the player to complete the level. Maybe some of the physics still need a little tweaking, lvl 9 was a great idea, but it only worked in a round a bout way.
Pretty much what others have said, nothing wrong with the game mechanics or anything, but apart from my own obsessive gaming problems, what reason do I have to play each level? All levels are exactly the same, but with one extra block to remove. You really need to find a way to make it more fun, bare minimum it needs a bonus for chain reactions, 4 or 5 block, L and + shapes etc. Sometimes you are simply stuck around the same 9 block area taking the only available reaction.
@Blurrr2 I see your point and somewhat agree with you, but I don't see the need to lower max energy as it becomes very expensive to play harder missions so this kinda happens anyway. I do like the idea of losing energy for losses though (maybe gain a little with a win?). The way it is works well for new players, I'm not sure that altering it would encourage people to get better, it would only suit those already skilled at card games.
The fact that the viking on the ship has good enough AI to bash the ice that doesn't have a viking in it (no clogging on the ship) is enough for a high rating from me.
Sorry for spamming comments, but one suggestion I would love here is for the game to not pause when you leave the game window. As the money takes so long to earn, I like to get my hotel to a point where it just looks after itself and I browse other tabs whilst waiting for profit to build.
My guests complain that I don't have a bowling alley, and then when I build one and surround it with guest rooms, no complaints. I guess this indicates the calibre of customer we tailor to here...
