-[]- In my final opinion, an 15/10 game, like all EBF games, *BUT* A) the umbrella is a terrible weapon, if you ask me. Granted I float, the "float" affects gravity less by only a smidge, not worth it, I'd say just deal with gravity. B) The ending was a little.... eh, it didn't have the grandios of Bullet Heaven's final battle. C) This was bugging me before, and I was hoping for an explaination at the end but got none, WHY THE HELL IS LANCE FIGHTING WITH US AGAIN?! I thought we brofisted dood?! WE BROFISTED! T-T I'm just going to assume that they are all playing with dolls (hence the chibi) while waiting for Kupo to make the next adventure.
@hiblast: About yer number (4), I agree, I go to be one night and wake up to being attacked like 5 times. This game is fun, but oh the scavengers. One person (me) attacks somebody, within the 20+ min it takes me to assemble another wave of monsters, I go to the person I attacked, and other players scavenge them, just because I took out most of the guns... I need a new tactic. FURTHER, perhaps after a certain number of attacks, you auto get Damage Protection for 2-3 days, to help rebuild. Hmm..
Another great edition to the EBF series. Awesome music, challenging, great graphics. My only two grievences are (A) that the final weapon isn't the holy avenger, as expected, when I got it I thought it'd be like an ice brand... but.. that ain't no ice brand, honestly a little let down with that. I won't get to grievance be until I see the end of the game.
3 months of no internet, and on the very day of my return, I learn of another Epic Battle Fantasy game?! A bit late, but CHRISTMAS HAS COME TO THE WINTERS HOUSE! EBF shall be carved into the annuls of Flash Gamery!
Hrm. "The Skill name "Speed of Thought" is too long. Please shorten it." ... Hrrrmmm.. [Please enter a new name for the skill, it must be at least 3 and no more than 16 characters long.] >.>' "Speed of Thought" *IS* 16 characters. O.O
Well.... it appears this game's got a revamp since the last time I played. Hrm, I'm not surprised to say all my monsters are completely loathing existance in my year of absense.
I think that a rotate screen button(s) would be great! It's hard to touch some of the buildings behind the bigger buildings. And if I place a box or mine behind something like the Town Hall, odds are I'll have to move the Town Hall out of the way to get the box/mine. Could you please work a rotate button thing in? Please and thank you. + if you agree.
Part 2/2 My biggest is that when you wait for an extended period of time the game closes out and asks if you are there and if you "x" that out, it restarts game. I would like to be able to multitask this. I could sit and play.. well.. Disgaea while my workers are busy building something, instead of having to wiggle my mouse every 10 min or so. It's just something I'd like to see fixed, is all. Other than the inactivity page-refreshing and the "buy with Kred" stuff, I rather like this game.
Part 1/2 Right so, so far, everything I've seen in this game, I like. It's a good "time-waster". The Shiny thing, like all games that allow you to buy things with real money, miffs me off. I'd rather we poor folk have a way to still get cool things even if we can't pay money. I'm a grinder-gamer. I play games like Disgaea! I can handle making it cost TONS to get cool stuff that others can just pay for with money. I do appreciate that you can find Shiny in shrooms every now and then. At least yer trying to make it easier for us. But the money is just too low. At least double digits, even if that only means "10 shiny"! But that's not my biggest pet peeve.
Whew, nevermind folks. I managed to make it! It took a lot of clones jumping off the ledge like suicidal maniacs but I managed to make a bridge for my current self to just jump across my ragdolls. You may negative my message(s) if you so desire. I'm just happy I got to beat this game.
Urgh, that last level is unbelievably hard for me. I've tried at least 2 or 3 different tactics. Someone who DID beat the game, could you please send me a strategy PM? Provided I still can't find the way to? (Just assume I haven't) Please and thank you.
I sat around on the first Animal Lair thinking it was a "survival defend yourself" sort of deal, didn't know I could hit the animal den with my bat. So. Much. Money! Also just leaving it on autoclick and having it positioned in the hedgehogs' path is great money farming, they can't get past the autoclick and the damage I deal is JUST enough to beat them before they pass!
Not one of your better versions, I have to admit. I miss the variety of projectiles, the controls (at least to me) feel clunkier and harder to aim (I had a dapper shot in previous ones). As mentioned in the top comments, the fact that over half the maps have mainly iron walls makes it near impossible to get the gold without aid of the mega bombs (or so I'm assuming, based on comments, haven't finished it QUITE yet). And there's not even any amazing Chaos Potion (Time Warp potion thing). All in all, I'm a little saddened by it. Fun but no where NEAR as fun as previous incarnations!
Well gee, this game was fun. Make my character, give 'im blonde long hair, some stubble, click play, and..... blank.... just blank. I'm going to imagine that the reason for the black screen and lack of sound is due to the game censoring itself while my character goes on a murderous rampage of all evil bad guys!
I like the music in this game, nice and calming. The only thing I would point out as a bother is, unlike other "spot the difference" games I've played, it doesn't have that "both pictures have a mimiced arrow" thing. Each picture having it's own arrow to help aid in pointing out the differences.
