1. You take the cat across the river, leaving the dog and the fish together.
2. You return and pick up the fish, go across and drop off the fish, but take the cat back with you.
3. You drop off the cat, pick up the dog and bring the dog across to leave with the fish.
4. You go back and get the cat. Never at any point are the dog and cat or the cat and fish by themselves.
I like the modified version of O Fortuna for the music. The lack of enemies is the biggest problem though with the lack of variety. On the second level I'd unlocked both of the last two levels in one jump.
Get rid of the stupid hand. It lags to hell and makes the game unplayable. Just let flash use the default mouse pointer - until then this game gets too crappy. Ugh, and I really wanted to like it.
I quit the endless defense after level 20 for two reasons:
1) The ammo casings and missed bullets don't dissapear and so they accumulate and start lagging the game like hell.
2) There was no challenge - needs to ramp up difficulty faster
Also, the rewards were pretty shitty - I only got like 5 grand for getting a 200k+ score. You should get at least 1 buck per point. I had to grind at the elite missions to get enough money to unlock everything, which was annoying since the endless defense took longer and got me less.
Bug: I was collecting RNA on the Paroxysm level to try and unlock more abilities and it said I'd unlocked all 51 and gave me two evolution points. However, on the actual editor screen, I still have quite a few abilities that are still locked.
Guardian pods still only spawn their antibodies once - making them essentially useless. A lot of the abilities are fairly useless - even some high level ones. The descriptions on a lot of abilities make it difficult to tell which ones to get and so i often ended up chooses the extra evolution points.
Still, the last update made the game a lot better with the energy alterations. The game would benefit greatly from hotkeys for special abilities (number keys). The "c" mouse aim should be default and it is annoying having to press it every time I divide a new cell. Ideally, the cell should have 4 slots for pods, 3 is too little and a 4th one would allow a diamond configuration where you can have an attack pod facing directly behind you for defense (e.g. flagellum).
The guardian pods are pretty annoying since they don't produce antibodies as needed - you have to regrow them to make them work, or even worse, you have to get rid of the pod when you only have 1 antibody left and regrow it to max out.
The game has potential, but there are serious balancing/annoying issues - am I supposed to grind away at previous levels in order to be tough enough for some of the bosses? Too much time is wasted waiting around/gathering energy - and those were the first things I maxed out. Hell, I maxed out my speed upgrade and most things can outrun and outmaneuver me - that is ridiculous. If someone spend 5 evolution points on speed then they should be pretty fast.
Don't bother buying the "investor" scroll - you get an extra 5 gold per battle and the damn scroll costs 2k - so you'd have to fight 400 battles to break even.
The fact that the creator decided to be a dick w/ this autosave crap means you can't reload to undo it and the only way to tell what these things do is to buy them to try them out. Retarded dude and gold income/experience is way to low in this game.
The rewinding effect is hella annoying - there needs to be a way to turn that crap off. The controls are also too sensitive/touchy. You also need to be able to go back to the previous area - I missed the 2nd or 3rd box because it sent me to the next level when I was trying to get a running start to get to it (only one I missed).
Other than that this isn't too bad.
It deleted my saved game on refresh.
Also, you should be able to make turrets target droids that aren't moving/destroying barricades. Things seem way to expensive too. And I'd rather have base upgrades be permanent, but cost a bit more (as I said, things are already expensive).
The number keys should be shortcuts for spells/summons and there should be shortcuts to scroll in the (e.g. q and e) and to switch between them (e.g. shift).
Also, the area of the meteor spell gets bigger as you upgrade it so it become far less accurate - this is really stupid and makes it much harder to destroy buildings with it when trying to speed run.
Oh and another thing - who's bright idea was it to put the HUD at the TOP of the screen to cover up the enemies when you move UP for the entire damn game? Put it on the BOTTOM.
I tried playing as a pure mage, but the lack of area effect made the mage village far too annoying to continue playing. Once I realized that I lost my exp and stat potion upgrades after dying it became pointless to try any farther.
You really should've balanced the stats better - the regeneration rate "bonus" for mana is non-existant, and picking up the soul crap is suicidal at times.
Yeah, I liked the first one a lot more - this game has far too many frustrating elements in it. Surprisingly though, the "sekret item of wonder" was pretty easy to be find and get.
