Ugh. 1 minute in I've already been asked to spam Kong friends twice? And the game takes FOREVER to load. NOT a promising start. This game's starting with a base rating of 1 star, and I'll see if it manages to load this next mission and catch my attention.
I just ran a mission in a new zone on the street to get some new weapons, and as I was leaving with my guys, it just kicked me out without letting me take any of the stuff I'd looted. I'm done with this buggy POS game!
The server crashes are REALLY annoying. And I'm only level 9. I can't imagine how bad it would be for people of high level who have to wait several hours for their scavenging groups to come back. Really annoying. I was loving the game and planned on playing it past level 10, but not if this keeps up.
I beat the pencil and nothing happens. I'm stuck in an empty room. I didn't even want to play this game in the first place because I've never liked FP, but it has badges. Not getting badges because the game is bugged is EXTRA annoying.
Generally I dislike card games online. They're pretty bad because they don't capture the "card game" feel when you're playing with friends, and most of them are really grindy. I enjoy this one because the play is quick, and there's actually an interesting story in the campaign. It doesn't feel like it takes forever to put a deck together. I just wish there was more to the story. Having it stop at chapter 7 makes the game feel very incomplete. 4/5
Team Arena is broken. The Quiz wouldn't start the other day. Cross server wars don't work. But HEY, they have lots of time to bring out crappy new stuff to try to squeeze every dollar out of players that they can. It's all right as a casual game, but the steady stream of broken content makes it more and more frustrating. If I hadn't sold a copy of my epic fantasy, A Noble's Quest, to a guildie and was interested to see how he likes it, I wouldn't be playing this anymore.
And staying at 4/5. I was happy when I saw new ships popping up late in survival. I was disappointed when it looped back to the start. I was hoping it would eventually get hard enough that I might die, instead of letting me play indefinitely.
I would have given it 5/5 except the same old problem exists where you don't get all the stars for previous levels if you beat a harder difficulty. I beat every level on xtreme, yet easy and hard don't get the stars filled up. It's fun, but not fun enough to play through the easier ones when I can already beat the hardest.
The main game was far too easy. I only bought three guns (the last one in each line) and didn't bother with health for the character or portal until late game. That said, survival mode ramped up fairly quickly and was quite fun. 4/5
