This is a very, very bad idea for a game. As a matter of fact I can't even fault you for the game itself stinking, because the actual idea for the game is just so bad no one could really do anything with it.
Eh, this really isn't very good...not to mention that I'm not sure where the heck that spelling of "demon" came from (at least that's what I'm assuming it's supposed to say.) If the goal of the game is really to go as fast as possible, then you seriously need to rethink what you want your games to be about because, honestly, not only is that a stupid, pointless goal, it's also pretty impractical seeing as there's almost no room to move and get around obstacles, and the collision detection is awful. Hell, on top of it you didn't even bother to put in a timer or something so you could tell how fast you completed the measly short little track. Throw in the fact that the game looks pretty awful and doesn't handle well and you have one big, crappy mixture of a game. I think you should have probably just saved yourself and anyone who played this game's time by not submitting a game that's obviously going to fall this short.
Pretty terrible, I won't lie. The shooting sucks, things take way too long to die, and making it so shooting a yellow bird or giraffe completely resets your score is really dumb. Not a good game.
Well, this is a straight up failure. It's shootorial only far more awful and awkward. This game truly is deserving of all the hate that it likely receives from just about everyone.
Ctrl being the button for shoot is a little annoying, I'd recommend doing something that just about every game should do...make the player able to assign controls. Then it'd work for everyone. Other than that this is actually pretty fun. Only other thing that I would say is that having to get pickups in order to not get hurt by hazards that you really have no option other than to walk through gets kind of annoying.
Well, as compared to most playcrafter games it wasn't a complete piece of crap, but unfortunately it still was a playcrafter game which means that it was at least fairly crappy. You also fail to mention in the instructions what exactly you're supposed to be doing with the energy ball things.
Man, someone already took my joke about it being BAD...but really, it ends up getting kinda boring after a little, I played through like, 3 levels before it got so boring I couldn't play anymore, which is unfortunate since it seems like this game has potential.
This is awful, just straight up awful. What the hell would compel you to believe that people would find a game where you're forced to make some pre-determined pizza, by repeatedly dragging around pre-determined ingredients, to be fun or interesting. At least it would be a little better if you had to make your own, but no, you have to make one stupid recipe. ridiculous.
Really, why do you feel compelled to come to this site and upload absolute shit? Is your life so crappy and meaningless that you think that this is cool or fulfilling? I'm actually going to flag this seeing as it really is in no way a game, plus then maybe it'll get deleted and people can stop wasting their time looking at it.
Lol, this is like a dumb kid in sped classes trying to write a math book. Not only does the whole thing look pretty bad in general, the little platformer examples you gave were glitched, and this is such a short, undetailed, unhelpful little thing that anyone who was actually looking for a tutorial like this would be better served looking for some place online with an actual quality tutorial. Then again, come to think of it I don't know why the hell you would put a basic little flash tutorial on a game site where no one is going to look or care, and those who do would want a lot better, more complete info than this.
Oh yeah, and you must really really suck pitifully if you only released this little piece of crap and couldn't even manage to make what measly amount's here glitch free. I hope this gets deleted and your junk never degrades kongregate ever again, we don't need to see how much of a failure you are at programming, keep this stupid garbage to yourself.
How the hell is this a demo? If you believed this was in any way appropriate to be on kongregate or anywhere close to what could be considered a demo then you're sorely mistaken on both accounts. The fact that you think anyone at all would want to play this piece of shit just goes to show you how crappy the actual game would be. Then again I'm willing to bet that the real "game" never gets released, because what I'm guessing is that your short little attention span ran out and you got bored because you didn't want to put in enough work to actually make a game, so you released a "demo" of what you made before you decided making a game was just too much hard work so that you could delude yourself into believing that you had actually made any progress whatsoever. And you didn't, this is nothing, and is worth nothing.
Very well done, but I expected no less from a bart bonte game. They're always high quality. Plus they have friggin' penguins, which is just an even bigger advantage.
I agree with stuff that others have said; first off, making an ability have to fully cool down before using ANYTHING is really very frustrating and makes it so that there's no reason whatsoever to have any ability unless it's efficient at killing, cause anything else just wastes time seeing as you can't use anything after you hinder the enemy anyways. Second off, there's no progression other than getting new characters, which makes the game lose a lot of it's appeal when you find 2 chars. that pretty much can do everything, so there's far less motivation to even unlock more. Also there needs to be more level types. With all these issues, the game basically becomes a race to run through levels as fast as possible mostly using the same char., only stopping to kill something that you don't think you've unlocked yet, and that's only if you're either curious or a perfectionist and want to unlock all the characters.
