Game should be fun but I can't take the art style. Making everything black plus character black plus really fast movements just make the game clumbsy. The art decisions negatively impact the gameplay.
I have 2 gems in the second 2 bonus levels left to get, and then i've full cleared the game.
Wanted to say that this is the best Straight puzzle game on kongregate. Perfect mix of challenging while still fun. Great job.
boop someone picked up teleport you lose.
It's not so bad on the more complicated levels, but still, it determines way too many matches, who happens to get the right item out of the item box.
Er, not the main screen, the mute button should be visible without entering the level up screen probably. That's why I assumed there wasn't one at first.
coudln't find the mute button. didn't play it. 1/5
someone message me if there was a mute button i missed. I'll give this another try and re-rate it accordingly.
Just tested and the bug I just described seems to be easily repeatable.
Second time blue guy enters a skinerator in one life it won't let him out and you can just wait to hit damage cap.
I had the guy hit a skinerator, and then he dropped out of that one into a second skinerator, and he never came out, it just kept buring him untill I hit the damage cap (1400) and I pressed stop.
Just thought I'd report the bug. Not game breaking since a player can press stop even if he's still taking damage but, made the level a bit easier than intended I think.
I used to play this a bit when it was new, haven't played it in ages, tried to play it again just now and it only took one match for me to completly understand why I stopped :(
there are a couple levels that aren't puzzles but instead finicky positional timing things.
When you know what to do the first time you look at a level, but have trouble doing it because it's all about finicky placement, that's not a good level design in a puzzle game.
Other then that, good game.
The way the objects act with moving objects is crazy in a bad way, but other then that this is a really fun game, I like the covor orange series, player packs are a nice easy way to extend the series too.
Random trial and error, games like I wanna be the guy that inspire this kind of game, gave you the ability to react to most traps and often save yourself if you were quick on your toes, this game is just pointless though.
I never enjoyed these sliding puzzle things at all, but I can recognize that the idea of combining them with a platforming game is unique and would be fun to people who do enjoy these puzzles.
good game but the upgrade system is bad. I hate upgrade systems that if you save up for longer without spending, it's more efficient then spending as you get it.
(ie:level 3 of an upgrade still costs 20 whether it's the first thing you buy or the third)
It encourages stopping and grinding out early levels over progressively playing, but still good game.
should be an option to turn off the epilepsy flashes, want to try and enjoy the game, but it's painful for me to look at, and i'm not even epileptic at all, it's just unpleasent. Badly thought out frankly.
