Not very good. I hate the "stall until you opened every chest, revived every guy" mechanic, you're not allowed to win even if you could or you're cut off from completing those things and punished for it; and balance is just....iiisn't good at all (best tactic as far as I could tell is to stand in a triangle and keep reviving your fallen guys with the 3rd one, which costs nothing and every hero can do it). I'd say keep working on this. :(
Aww, I'd love to play this as a longer game, with increasingly difficult levels stalked by angry teachers etc. trying to maintain the secret correspodence with my admirer & friends.
It was fun but way too easy even on a 1st try, I did not even need to figure out any tricks like pushing people.
Cool game! You can feel like a real investor, always trying to focus on the part of your operation that is at an advantage at the moment.
These top "clicker bad" comments are just plain silly - 1. you CAN play this idly, but you will earn a bit slower, which is where the fun is 2. what'd be wrong with a game not playing itself for you, again?...I'd rather be engaged when I do play than the game play itself and lie that -I- earned some achievement.
Suggestion: I wonder if a "warehouse" option would help - I'm thinking of another column of 3 boxed on the right where you could set a number, eg. "silver swords = 3" and the game would only process/sell excess numbers above that, so you could say save up 10 silver swords or 50 copper for when a big order arrives.
plus: cool art, many different characters and levels, funny concept
minus: the game rarely recognizes a co,bo even when typed correctly, damage is too low, gameplay isn't fun or balanced at all, and also (Kong exclusive): the badges seem to be broken.
(personal opinion time)
I really enjoy point&click games.
Still, this one has the same problem as a lot of classic ones:
the puzzles are simply too illogical.
eg. how does it make sense that placing a cannonball on a tree trunk is going to summon a wizard?
It's not bad to expect creative thinking, that's the point of a good puzzle! But it should be an answer that after some thinking people should logically arrive to. Games might have quirky logic based on their theme, but it's still logic! I'm not sure anybody would play THIS game tho and not get bored of just trial-error and not resort to the walkthrough.
Definitely would love to see that improved in a future game if there's a chance. :3
Looks like a cool game, but why must the Viking insult me so harshly when I use objects ? :(
I don't think fishing for the bottle with the yarn called for asking if I was trying or thinking.
Horrible game. You're basically stuck outside the gate of the 1st stage for your first couple of levels because you need to fail and die to powerful enemies before you can even proceed? No thanks.
"Two minute tactical battles – strategic deck management for hours!"
That's gotta be one of the worst taglines I've read xD - would an RPG advertise itself as "hours of inventory management between every two battles!"?
Wonderful game! Its only fault is its tragic shortness - I had no trouble completing it under 15 minutes and there seems to be no button to reset progress or replay previous levels either - I may have done another run :)
Fun game, but the difficulty is crammed up a bit high. I reached full upgrades for everything by the time I reached the 2nd castle (I already had the gun maxed after the 2nd level) and after that progress became very difficult as there were no further upgrades.
Haha sorry... not sorry.
