Brilliant game, an easy 5*. The AI is very well done and makes it difficult to pin down the machine player. The control is well done although I suspect it would be better on a tablet or other touch screen device. I end up spending the vast majority of the time on 90% transfer as it's just easier that way. The black enemy is a novel idea but I'm not that keen on it. They are generally too tough when they appear - level 34 is the obvious example of this. It's winnable but only just. I think there's a random element to when the black enemy appears and you just have to keep playing until you get a late arrival. Very good game overall.
Far, far to long. I've played to the point where it becomes tedious a I've still hardly scratched the surface of the upgrades. The Nyan zombie is a waste of 50k as the people magnet doesn't work, even a base level Charming zombie is better. Overall not a bad running game but could do with more polish.
Entertaining enough for a little while. The balance needs some work, by the end of the rookie set of track your car will probably be max'ed out (except for brakes maybe). I suspect it's impossible to win the last few tracks but the game gets dull after the rookie tracks anyway.
Really enjoyable, if a bit silly. Loads of weapons that all feel different and a good difficulty level. I keen on the the reverse gravity stuff as I kept falling off the world. It was best to just stand still until the end then do all the upside down bits. Other than that I wouldn't change it though.
Doh! The updates look good shame the game has become unplayable. A vaguely hard landing results in your car getting stuck in the landscape. I'm really hoping that the "opps I've fallen out of my seat" issue has been addressed as well.
I found this game to be surprisingly addictive considering how devoid of "game" it is. At first the whole car (looks more like a motorbike to me) building seemed to be clunky, unintuitive and pointless but after a few upgrades I found I could get further and was hooked. As with most of these physics based games the physics doesn't feel real - everything is made out of springs or rubber or both! The upgrades generally make things better but they get too expensive too fast meaning a lot of grind. The one big thing missing though is a sense of accomplishment. The game needs about a dozen tracks increasing in difficulty.
Really good game. If I had to make a change I'd add an upgrade that lets you destroy rocks. You can currently rain down untold destruction on creatures but rocks - nah, immune to guns. The bomb heal doesn't seem to work as described for me, I was expecting 50% of my total health back each time I fired it but more often than not I seem to get nothing. Just got the final boss to kill...
Nice try but the game play is a bit off. The aiming is all over the place and the tracks came off my tank, meaning I couldn't really move, but I didn't die. With more of an upgrade system and a bit of polish this would be an excellent game I think.
I don't normally play platform games they tend to take too long to complete in a single pass but this one was just the right length and really good fun. The collision detection on the spikes seemed to be a little off and grenades were all by useless but over all it was a really good effort.
Not a bad idea but missing something. Most of the levels can be completed first time and in about 10 seconds although I admit I got bored after about 20 levels so perhaps I missed something great. The jokes are worse than awful.
Nice game and the correct length considering the game play. I'd actually like to see a bigger version with more to do as I found it started to get slightly repetitive towards the end.
Certainly the beginnings of a good game but it was missing something. The upgrade system was confusing and the tank felt too large for the size of the screen.
I must admit when I first saw it I didn't think I'd like it. Graphics aren't everything but these are a bit too pixelated for me. Having said that I really enjoyed the game. There were a couple of quirks with the digging where the guy seemed to just stop.
The graphics are great and the game looks like it could be fun but I can't seem to keep my truck on it's wheels which makes for an odd sort of driving game. The lack of upgrade system is surprising especially considering the rest of the game isn't particularly deep. Including music in a game is a good thing. I can't help feeling the music chosen was just to get a tick in that particular box though.
Brilliant puzzle game with some subtle strategy behind it. I suspect a lot of people are put off because it looks like it requires the player to do maths but really it could just be matching colours.
Nice idea but I found that it lacked re-playability. The tutorial did a good job of showing me everything in the game so when it came time to play the actual game (I assume that is endless mode) there was nothing new. Once I'd got 10 nexus points I rapidly got fed up with watching my town get destroyed every few seconds. As a concept it's great and the execution is brilliant but it needs more.
Just doesn't do it for me. Reloading takes too far long and it's suicide to try swapping guns if you've just run out of ammo. Survivors don't exactly fight like their life depends on it! Survivors die at the drop of a hat and appear to infrequently to ever put any on melee defence. Shame because it feels like it's really close to a game that I would seriously enjoy.
Good concept and well executed. I mostly agree with the other comments that clicking to enter the numbers isn't great but it's not a show stopper for me. I found it a lot easer than I expected and I wonder if there is a way to make it more difficult with out it becoming almost impossible.
Good game if a little devoid of reasons to keep playing it. The graphics (especially the threat display) look a lot like Elite from the BBC Micro games. A story with well integrated upgrade system would make this a very playable game.
I think I removed this freeze. Thanks to Fleecemaster.
