Excellent game 5/5. The only improvement I'd make is to speed up the characters a bit as it feels like they are walking though mud at the moment. I found the difficulty to be a little bit low but that didn't detract from the over all enjoyment of the game. A few more levels would have been nice and a more definite ending.
When I first saw the game I was put off a little by the graphics but it turned out to be a very enjoyable TD. The hard badge is pitched just right, it make you think carefully about placement (mind control is the answer).
Brilliant. I've always wanted to be a surgeon. You've got to expect a few mishaps while you're learning. I mean who would really notice the odd dropped done saw in the chest cavity.
I'd love to love this game but it's just flawed in so many ways I can't. Having to play through a bucket load of levels to get to anything interesting is just annoying. I played till I could unlock unlimited mode because I wanted to see a mega mega tower but now I've done it I feel completely underwhelmed. The tower was so powerful I never got to see any enemies. I eventually just gave up and deleted my towers around level 1100 to end it. What's worse is there's stacks of tower types but only the area and sniper seem to be worth going for. Oh well, better luck next time.
Decent tower defence style game. The last (regular) level is fairly tricky. Best to start with three hand to hand and three archers then around level 12 invest heavily in magic. The spells are pointless, every level can be beaten without them and they can't be relied on to turn up when needed. Graphics are good though and the control system is fairly well polished.
One of the easier hard badges (must be if I can get it). 3 ninjas and a cat with General rank. You'll die on level 18 but that's just enough to get 30k points. Not the greatest game ever but kills an hour well enough.
Nice game. I'd change just two things. The items bar would be visible all the time, I found it irritating that it kept popping in and out as I scanned for things to click. The other thing I'd change is to have a different cursor for moving to a different screen to prevent accidentally leaving the screen you're on.
The key to completing the game is increasing your zombie attack. Until the attack is around maximum your zombies can't kill any of the guys with guns fast enough to maintain a good zombie population.
I really want to love this game but I can't quite. The idea is fantastic, the game has a quirky humour to it and the idea is a great but... The controls are tedious, the editing screen is boring, the music is good but gets old quickly, clicking the workers is tedious, pointless and slow (although the deaths are fun). Erasing and starting again is a painful way of fixing a mistake, why can't I just move connection nodes to a new location. If you struggle with the multiple constraints on moving just highlight invalid pieces in red after the move. After all the only validity constraint is length so that should be easy to check for. So close to being my favourite game here, what a shame 4/5.
Really nice and innovative game 5* easily. Some things you might consider though: don't restart the music each time the player dies, restart faster as it gets tedious if you keep dying, the collision detection on the spikes seems to be a bit too keen to kill you, add a progress bar (or mini-map maybe), the first check point needs a label to say what it is. Loved the yellow blocks, felt great to bounce along on them.
I've played fro a bit now and I have to echo what a lot of other comments saying, this is basically a good game with some really rough edges. I've loved the box head series but this one lets them down which is strange because this one clearly has had the most work put into it. Starting with the upgrade system, it's a joke, to earn enough money to get the ammo upgrade would take days and days of play. It seems that buying the game gave you 20 million boins which would solve that problem to some extent but with the fire rate level 5 upgrade costing 500,000 even 20 million wouldn't go far! I don't know if it's just me but the weapon switching is broken. The only way I can switch weapon is by clicking the icon at the bottom the screen. Mouse wheel, numbers and ZX don't do anything. Then there's the lag. This is the only flash game where I've had lag and I'm not that far into it yet so I'm guessing it's going to get a lot worse.
To kill Robocob get yourself one of the two powerful explosive weapons stand next to him and empty the clip at his feet. If you're lucky you'll get another dropped which will be enough to finish him.
A couple of other minor improvements. The stick should be upgradeable as it's useless as it currently is. The player should start with a random weapon. It should be harder to cut a zombie in half - at present I have to kill about 30% of the zombies twice!
Over all a good game but I there are a couple of tweaks that I think would improve it. There seems to be a real shortage of guns when fighting the end of stage bosses. You should get a small amount of money for each zombie you kill t reduce the grind a little.
Not bad but needs some work on the game play. I like the graphics and the music was enjoyable enough. The slow motion feature was a nice addition idea but because it wasn't limited as soon as you buy it there's no danger of ever dying - just play the game in slow-mo. Considering you have limited backward firing weaponry a lot of tough enemies seem to come from behind you which just becomes irritating after a while. Finally, I found the scenery at the bottom of the screen had a tendency to hide enemies (especially the teleporters) which resulted in unnecessary deaths on my part.
I love the sugar sugar games (hope there'll be another Christmas one) but please oh please add a fast forward button. This one seemed easier than the others or perhaps I'm getting better at the game..
It's really easy to grind the first level to earn the 30 bullion needed for the best ship. After that the earlier levels become trivially easy. Add in the money printer and damage upgrade and you have an unstoppable ship.
Wow, over before it had even started. Good story and well put together but should have been about twice as long. I would have liked to avenge the death of the landlord. Less pushing on the FB thing would be good too.
