HAHAHAHAHAHAH Oh my god!! THE JOKES WRITE THEMSELVES!! I love that one!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAh I'm laughing out loud!!! OK - would you mind if that shows up in the next game!?!?! PLEASE!! HAHAHAAHAHAH
Switching between squatting/sitting/zooming is too slow. Often zoom doesn't trigger after standing up. Mission intro dialog is pointless since they all seem to be the same, might as well just give a static summary of what to expect.
The only complaint I can have about the game is the long loading and rendering time :D Maybe Booblyc can consider some kind of preloader and saving rendered graphics for fast reload like some other games appear to be doing?
Has potential but get boring after about 8~9 levels. Mana maxed at 300, either a bug or an unstated limit. Dark Shroom actually costs 350 but displayed as 300. A bit unbalanced like Suuljin said, fire crystals is all you really need. A speed up option, not just a send next wave button, would be nice.
For people who keep getting saved games wiped, try using another browser (e.g. Chrome if you are using FF and FF if you're using Chrome). Load the game in the new browser, start a new slot, save it, check the name is saved. Then restart the new browser and load the game again and see if the saved game is there. If it is still there, it means Flash on your original browser is screwed, seems to be a bug with Privacy mode/flags, and cannot save local objects properly. Happened to me after a recent Flash update.
you can import a saved game too. just use the manual save button, then open notepad and paste in the info. that way you don't lose the data and can transfer between computers and browsers.
Also, maybe a left/right button next the planet name to let us flip through planets without having to search for it, especially now that they are moving around! :D
Could you add options not to shift the view when a planet is selected? Very often I want to keep an eye on the fight going on over one planet while building/research on another. Now, I keep having to pan back/fro despite zooming out to have both within view.
Also, maybe a log style event display by the side instead of popup sticking to each planet, makes it easier to glance at what is going on and decide if it requires immediate attention.
Nice to see the turn based option but a few issues.
1. Combat continues in turn base even if I don't click anything.
2. Every build ship click advances a turn, so if I was trying to build up a fleet to deal with an incoming attack, it ironically is better to use RTS crawl and click really fast on build.
Unrelated to turn base: would be good if there is a mouse over prompt about what is needed to unlock the next map. I completed Dire Crisis on medium, but no medals are awarded, rank 7 and Memories of Home is locked, isn't clear is it because I need more rank (from what?) or need to clear Dire Straits on hard or ?
Would be good if a held mouse click starts adding/removing ships from the fleet. Can be quite a tedious process trying to launch only 50 frigates to supply front line, without launching 150 other ships as well :D
I encountered similar problems on Hostile Rocks on Hard difficulty, just like HekiShavik. Money went to 0, effectively unlimited, about the same time, I also start seeing the random lost battles on a far away uncolonized planet I've never sent ships to. It has both red/blue fleet icons around the planet during the battle on the occasion I happened to view the area when it happened.
Seriously... that was one of the many comments from people that made me laugh out loud when I read it! HAHAH
