Agreed on the white borders. I do like how they change colors though. Also, you could use some sort of warning when a new spawn point is about to begin.
@thebestone1: Just wait until you get ChronoEngines churning out with TimeStop... total dominance via Chronomancer type. It's perfect for photo-finish badges (the combo means you get several turns per turn and stop your opponent from EVER moving again ;) )
If you are interested in a "Reboot" version at some point that has a wrap-around feature (where the edges of one side connect to the squares on the other side), please rate this up. Or, if you have other ideas you'd like to see in a "Reboot" version, please feel free to let me know too ;)
I also suggest adding a holding shift option to slow down the ball... I'm stuck on the circular level... it's doable but just more frustrating than it has to be due to the lightning reflexes needed.
The background graphics are VERY distracting. Also, the tutorial covers the screen, making the first levels extra difficult. The writing at the start is also hard to read. Besides those, it's actually a decent game. 3/5 for now. Change the background and let me know and I will improve the score.
I had the same problem. I think it has to do with Kongregate, because as a swf by itself, it doesn't start directly, you MUST press the start button. Also, i'm updating the game with stencyl.
Not too bad... the issue is more that the controls are just rather difficult. It's hard to land on the rather small platforms with the impreciseness of the jumping... but it does add a layer of challenge.
Not bad. FYI, your menu lags rather badly. You may want to take a look at your coding to see what is going on there. I'm getting only 26 FPS with a good computer. Also, you might want to add the option to click on the "Level" instead of making users use "L".
ArchMage Strategy: Use Chronomancer with Great Oak and a custom deck vs. Mad Hermit (weakest type of Archmage). At the start, use cheap 1/2 cards with Giant Turtles/Phoenixes to stall him until you can get a ChronoEngine into the field. Then, focus on building up your ChronoEngine stock, placing phoenixes/turtles against elementals or other powerful cards. Then, when you have 2/3 CE's in play, keep skipping turns and use TimeStop each time and he will never be able to play! I got the Double Ace badge rather simply this way. Please rate + so others see :)
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for your votes. At the time of writing this, the tutorial is in third place for both weekly & monthly. I appreciate all of your support :)
I've added arrow keys, I also added new controls to change movement speed to better suit arrow keys.
