Very cool game, but it would be even better if I, the player, could respond directly to the question "Is this the true source of morality?" instead of Socrates doing it for me.
Would like to see WotW 2. Perhaps something could be done about the overwhelming advantage we Kong players have with our sheer strength in numbers? Can't really think of a good solution, but right now, no one really stands any chance at all.
"No, I DON'T want to click on the panda. I have NEVER wanted to click on the panda. I want to click the thing BEHIND the panda! NO! STOP CLICKING THE PANDA!"
Buy and sell goods for a profit, spend that money on vessels, shipmates and equipment so you can become more powerful, so you can get more money at less risk. But once you have a Vanguard with 5 good crew and decent equipment? Now money has no meaning. Money was spent on security, but now I have all of it. There's nothing else to buy, and no one stands a chance against me.
It's definitely an interesting idea, but unfortunately, it soon becomes very monotonous, especially if you find a decent trade route or decide to abuse the "buy down" exploit. Would definitely like to see a sequel that addresses these issues somehow.
I kinda feel like the upgrades undercut the strategy a bit. I played without upgrades, and I came to a level I couldn't beat, so I bought some upgrades, and the level became pathetic. That's no fun. :(
In the glitchy part, the message "pResS teh SsuNnn in snEEky EnDin" pops up. Anyone know what this means? The sneaky ending doesn't seem to have a sun to click, and typing "the sun" or "teh SsuNnn" doesn't seem to do anything.
Protip: Nothing can see through the doorways, but your bat can reach through them. People can be stunned even while they are already stunned. Suddenly, rooms full of people aren't so hard to get through. :)
Why is it so hard to lure monsters into the mines? Do they know what the flags mean? Should I stop placing flags and let the monsters sweep the mines for me?
