Nice quick game -- hard is not very difficult. For Flash Jack Jumping (level 36), at the end, have the line go just over the opposing players hair. They should jump up and knock the ball to your last player.
Nice light entertainment. I bought everything up to Sniper, but recommend buying Armored Assault (cheap and a reasonable upgrade to the default), Bullet Storm (great ship), then Demo Man (there's nothing worthwhile between these 2 ships, Demo Man is good to circle strafe large ships and groups of ships), then Shock and Awe for the last level, as it basically puts the last level in to Easy Mode by pushing all the enemies out of the arena and letting you deal with them one at a time. General tip is to always hold down secondary fire and primary fire, rather than bother saving up your secondary until needed.
The Final Lair is v. difficult, I can regularly get 3nd-4th, and got a lucky 2nd, but no better. I did best without trying to do stunts, and just doing the occasional jump over ledges.
Fortunately, after many attempts, I found that collecting icecreams counted as unlockables and ended up with 98 unlocks. Giving up on the Final Lair :(
@Thelenius, I think you need both wheels on the ground to jump.
I've only just started playing, but it seems a bit trial-and-error. Rearranging the tank during battle is very dangerous, but you can't pick an optimal design for the enemy unless you know where to target. I'm hoping there's a telescope upgrade at some point so that you can see the next enemy on the horizon...
Still 5* for the great idea and implementation.
It's still a good game, but the gameplay is very like the others in the series, to the extent of being practically the same game with just a new set of graphics.
Easiest way to get cursed flesh: go back and redo level 1, wait a few seconds for workers to come out, then cast curse followed by locust. Got it first time and never used locust again.
The ninjas not dying after I typed their words annoyed (and killed) me too much to continue. The ones that I saw clearly were dropping from the sky in slow motion mode. They would land, flash, and then I would see a shadow move through my gate and the temple health would drop. On hard mode, I dropped to approximately half health when no living enemies had got through.
@joppelarius: Yes, you must be doing something wrong, as this game is quite easy. I completed it only buying a few weapons (I went from revolver to uzi, skipping shotgun) and no health kits. I didn't buy the health pack upgrades or the car upgrades (I never stood on the car, so it didn't get damaged). After finishing each wave, always sit still repairing the car until the last moment when you have to fire and move. Reload while repairing the car between waves, and if there aren't many enemies, repair the car while you reload during a wave.
Cyborg head (incinerate) seems to be the best choice against mechas by far -- 2 hits and they're down. I used it against all the mechas when I had it, including all 3 on the last level (luckily a lot of people to recharge between uses).
Far less luck than a lot of people here are saying. e.g. the balls in a cup one near the beginning has almost 0 luck. You don't have to knock the cup over completely (which is difficult and then it's hard to hit the ball). Just knock it slightly and quickly fire another ragdoll in to the cup in the gap that's made.
Definitely the best game of it's type that I've tried. A nice variety of things to do, no grinding required to get powerups that carry over to later games, and the levels don't appear to be totally random, so you can try and learn an optimal route, if you want to. My tip: try and stay high to catch every dragon. It's easy to pick up a lot of multiplier gems when you're on it. The Pteradactyls aren't too tricky to kill and give good points as well.
