This is the most complicated setup I've ever seen for a game that involves holding your mouse over a certain spot and clicking. Crazy. Not my cup of tea. It took me four minutes just to figure out how to get to the actual shooting-the-bow part of the game.
So much potential. Obviously a lot of work went into this game, but the playability is not there. The controls are diffcult to get used to because Up should be jump and Down should be duck or not used. I keep getting attach and jump mixed up.
It was pretty easy, until all of a sudden I was pinned against the edge of the screen by five enemies all beating the crap out of me. Just no fun. The game is a failure at this point.
It looks really nice and the sounds/music are nice (not including the HORRIBLE voice acting). But somehow this game just doesn't work. The robot feels clunky and hard to control. Getting hit once and having the repeat the same level over and over and over is frustrating, not fun. And the fact that you sometimes just have to drop down into an area you can't see, where there is often an enemy waiting to kill you just makes the game irritating and unplayable.
Hey mavrick36 and Arrogant Bastard, why don't you STFU? People want to learn Flash, and Kongregate is helping people to learn it. Don't blame Kongregate for doing something positive. Blame the idiots who post "games" that aren't actually games.
It's a little too random to be enjoyable. I made it to level 10 without finding a single health drink. And so I died trying to disable a trap at the entrance to a room. Also, I frequently find clothing that is less useful than the clothing on earlier levels. Each level should give you better clothing. It really sucks to waste tools and get hit by a trap just to get into a room and find that the chest contains useless gold. I'd rather have it just be empty if the gold has no use in the game.
Good start. It's a bit confusing when you first start out as to what constitutes a trap and what is just a decoration. It would be interesting if there were other things to find, and more interesting if there were a use for the gold you find, since all you really want are tools and health.
Looks like a good game, but a lot of what's going on makes no sense. Why do you always start out going against the arrows on the street, or trying to park in the middle a lane? Also, why doesn't the car actually follow the line? If you draw the line all the way into the parking space, the car keeps going off the screen.
It would be more fun with more realistic scenarios.
Screw this game...I played through four levels and I still don't entirely understand the objective or what the S, T and O buttons do. People, when you develop a game you need to put in an instructions page or a tutorial level.
If you are having trouble downloading the source files from the first page of the tutorial...Just keep going. The only file you really need is the background JPG. You can download this from a later page in the tutorial.
