It's dead, Jim. Tried reloading a couple of times, I get through the part where you answer the questions and then black screen. Right click has a mini-menu with two choices: About Adobe, and a greyed out phrase, "Movie not loaded..." Something is broken hard.
Absolutely love the music, but some of the levels really aren't "hard" so much as they are "insane", and even a tiny hint of lag will ruin the game. At times I found that the only way through was to mash right/down/up real fast. No combo points, but I'd get through. 4/5 for the gorgeous music (otherwise the game play is really only 3/5)
Why is it loading the game from playsweatshop.com? It's not a multi-player game as fast I can tell... this isn't a demo, is it? I don't want to have to crack open my jug of demo whine...
Many, many moons ago there was a DOS game like this, except it had babies falling out of a burning building and you controlled a pair of firemen carrying a trampoline and as the babies fell out of the building you had to "bounce" them like this through 3 positions until the end when they'd bounce over the fence and into an ambulance. Anyone else happen to remember this game? It was in 3-color CGA CMY (cyan/magenta/yellow). It was thanks to that game that I got these badges almost on the first try. :D
Holy overrated and massively boring game, Batman! I honestly have no idea what's going on. Strategy? What strategy? "Make more manz!" "Oh noes, CPU makes more mans over -thar-! I must make moar manz thar 2!" At least it's better than Dress Up Justin Beiber, I'll give it that. 2/5
Drove around the entire first track in 1st place... then I hit some sort of magical spell scrawled on the ground in white chalk or maybe powdered elven bone and it made me turn into the wall. Wound up in 5th. And yet still have the aching middle fingers from holding down the accelerator and trying to turn a stiff, stuttery vehicle. It's like R/C Pro Am for the NES except without the smooth controls and sans the whimsy. 3/5
They'll let *anyone* make Flash games these days won't they? Go on, EA, stick to your console/PC game market where you belong, where flashy graphics mask the utter lack of game design capabilities. Whose bright idea was it to make the game mouse only anyway? What, too good for keyboards? Absolutely horrific game. 2/5 (+1 for decent sound and graphics)
Damn! I hate it when a game series I like suddenly goes cold. Died in under 2 minutes without killing a single creature when I first started playing. Thought for a minute that maybe it was one of those "scripted" battles that you're not supposed to win so that it leads to a special cutscene, but no, my guys just all died. Barely even dented the 1 enemy while he slaughtered them all. Maybe I'll try again another day, maybe if it gets badged so it's actually worth playing. 2/5
Oh and apparently I need to allow Kissmetrics.com too, so you guys can monitor my web browser behavior and recommend... stuff... to me or something. I dunno, I don't see how this game is any different than the plethora of *Ville style games on Facebook. Good luck with it, I'll probably be back when it's been badged...
So... who are kixeye.com and casualcollective.com and is this game REALLY worth the risk of allowing unknown domains to run scripts on my system? Hmmm.... perhaps... it had better be damned good though...
