Got the branch and made the horns (thanks Kenji, this game really is non-sensical and it's kinda funny at points, not making sense makes the point'n'click parts very difficult, like an "Escape the Room" game designed by a lunatic), but now I can't move. Cuboy just stands there by the tree, even if I take the horns off. I can scare the sheep, but that's it. Did stepping on the branch break his legs? Tried everything, no go. Can't really rate this one very highly at this point since it's given about 3 minutes of gameplay, 10 if you include reading the comments for hints. >.< 1/5
Mmmm, suddenly I want a steak smothered in onions and gravy... particularly... Vidalia onions. When you release an expansion you should call it, "The Lost Land of Port O'Bella", 'cause I loves me some portabellas mushrooms sauteed up with them onions. :D
ARGH! Not bad the first time around... but accidentally picked the upstairs painting to paint on the mirror... so had to go through it all again for the badge... but forgot to mint the tea... so now I have to go through it all AGAIN. Not often a game gets dragged down by a badge. Would've been a 4, easy. *sigh* Would've been.
Meh. First round, got zerged, rage quit as I died without any ability to create troops to defend myself. Fun factor non-existent. Might try again later. 1/5 for now.
Not sure I want to buy a book about a museum with terribible secrets. ;) If the book is filled with as many misspellings, the grammar nazi in me would demand I'd set it on fire. XD
Very nice addition to the genre. I like how things actually change as you get further, unlike some of these games where after a certain point it's just more of the same. Things did seem to be kinda the same towards the end, but close enough to the end that I was still entertained long enough to get around to getting my revenge. I'm also glad my character manned up at the end. :D Not a surprise, but good to see. XD Good job with this one Nerdook. 4/5
Ugh, freakin' hate it when a daily badge brings me back to a game I tried to forget existed... and even worse, I have to actually play it for the daily as I didn't get it the first time (probably because I gave up on it for it's excessive failness). Oh well, will keep slamming my head against this level... maybe I'll get lucky... do so love a game that offers absolutely no leeway on what items you buy and which ones you level up... eventually you run into that one level where no matter what you do, you know you should've done something different 4 levels ago and now you're boned. *sigh*
Soooo... guess I should update my "review", eh? Since I just played through to the end of the game and spend 30 Kreds on the premium content, I really can't be giving this game 2/5 and bad Comments, now can I? That would be hypocritical, especially since I almost never buy things with kreds... so, anyway, good game there... challenging. It didn't have a lot of the elements I like in TDs, but it offered sufficient strategic challenges to keep things interesting, the artwork was cool and fun. I'll have to go ahead and give it a 4/5 after all... and I hope there's a sequel in the works. :)
A badged demo? Really? REALLY? *facepalm* I hope Kong gets a portion of the proceeds from sales of this game at least. >.< That's assuming you fixed the purchase/sale site..........
Pretty neat. Fun times indeed. Could really use an in-game mute button though... I know, sound can be turned on/off from the main menu, but that requires quitting your game, no fun.
Ugh, why just this game? I can play Space Marine, Saints Row 3, other graphically high-end games on this system without ever any stutter or twitch, but in this game? Nope, stutter all the freakin' time. :-/ How do Flash games eat more resources than full-blown modern 3D FPS games? Grrr. Fun when it works though. 3/5
