Having to just sit around for X minutes to get the 2.5 hour trophy for the last badge is kind of lame. I just logged in, loaded, and let it sit for a few minutes, came back, all done... still lame.
Going from fireball level 4 to 5 is barely a trade up in terms of damage output and a big step down in terms of usability (9% decrease in fire rate). This is silly.
Okay, this is just dumb. You simply don't get paid for days that 'work didn't go well'? How badly could it go that you didn't get paid, but you weren't totally fired and could never come back?
23 I have done, and the advice earlier in the comments was good - build a juggling maze, upgrade the dart towers, send all waves at once, juggle and upgrade.
Step 1: upgrade some centerish snaps and one in the bottom right corner (exit corner) ---
Step 2: send the opening wave. Kill it using the snaps near the exits. ---
Step 3: begin to build a barricade on the two exits, but leave a gap so the route goes through the center ---
Step 4: once you're ready, send all waves except the last 2.
Step 4: send all waves except for the last 2 all at once. Begin to kill them with the heavy snaps in the center. --- Step 5: close the holes in the barricades, herding them to the exit corner, where you upgraded one last heavy snap. --- Step 6: while you're letting the two flyer bosses go past you, frantically build a juggling maze.
On snaps, I think the silliest but perhaps effective way would be to buff up the towers in the middle, then send 23 waves and blow everything. Build a maze, not worrying too much about the boss that's running through... only remaining trick is to build a juggling-capable map with that obstacle course in the way...
I encountered a strange place where there was a window directly below where a ledge led off. I ran smack into the window, but slid off instead of breaking through - I didn't jump, figuring that just running would do it. If I really had to jump early enough to be coming down by then... that's just crazy.
The first two achievements are the same -- they both say 'beat easy mode' but I only achieved the second one. I suspect it was meant to be normal mode? This should be an easy fix. . . .
My guy keeps jumping to the right side of the screen if there isn't an elevator on his floor. It makes defending the shaft stupidly hard. Get this bug fixed and it'll be a lot better.
This would be 1000% more interesting if the basic levels of everything were around 6, so that penalties actually hurt you. Taking a speed penalty of 5 is meaningless now, but if it actually slowed you down to 1/6 of your normal speed it'd be really devastating, and you'd have to balance your genes.
