initoheph, getting the first comment isn't winning.
And this game isn't terrible, but it doesn't feel balanced. There was only one level that was "get 1 out of N" that was actually failable, where there WAS only one bubble that could be popped for positive score. And it took me forever to figure out what that neg score bubble did too.
But what really brought my rating down was the fact that this game didn't really add anything new to this genre.
Needs balance. Seems that even if I match pace with the computer on Normal they have more and stronger units who come bum rush my 4th mine facility and overwhelm my units AND the turret there (they lose half, I lose all, then I lose a mine, then another).
I don't get it. For an RTS it's extremely non-stratedgy.
Very well done, though I wish I could compair my equiped piece of equipment with one in my inventory without having to flit back and forth between the two. I.E. bring up both stats the way Monster's Den does, that was briliant and very very useful.
The only real game play complaints I have are that when it's almost my turn to go I have to wait for some piece of animation to finish (the end of which is typically very slow) before being able to click my target and that the third area takes _forever_. There's almost no story interspersed, I'm just milling my way through an endless number of badies.
The "guy who is four blokes" kicked my white punky ass, so I loaded up the auto save. His spites are missing and his name is ERROR and the battle isn't starting.
It's entertaining, but I felt the feild was too small. Like I was constantly being hemmed in on all sides.
WhileI don't think I ran into something as it was spawning, I think some kind of visual clue that something is about to spawn, like in ZunderFurry (I think even Grid Wars/Geometry Wars had something like it) would be nice.
Reduce Dazed movement by 0%?
"Better" item reduces 2 damage than the "worse" item that reduces 3 damage?
Same stat items with different names (and prices)?
