Great! One of the best arena shooters I have played. Good pacing, a nice variety of enemies, an engaging gameplay, upgrades....
Now, what is missing? A miniboss or a few would be nice. Also, badges. 5/5.
I'll keep coming back to try for perfects in the last 6 levels ^^
A nice little gem here. The story leaves a bit to be desired, but otherwise it's a great game. Two points to keep in mind: you can only equip one of a weapon type (nope, only one homing missile launcher for you!); and there's no mouse steering. A solid 4/5.
@ Bl00dh4wk: There's a free area where you can get a little money. It's good enough to make more money for better areas. Also, the monsters do respawn. If they don't respawn for you, it may be a bug, true.
Great game. Smooth graphics, good pacing, the constrained space is making this quite challenging. Dying and not losing your achieved money and exp is nice too, especially for those of us that are slow, old, or both. The difficulty curve seems a wee bit too steep for my liking. 5/5
Good game, especially the amount of info that went into the individual countries' teams and leagues.
On the other hand, like most others, I have qualms about the energy drinks' prices.
4/5.
In some cases, I don't get a "perfect" even if I end the day with full castle HP. This happens (I believe) when the repairmen need more than one wave to fix the castle damage during the day.
Bug or feature?
I find that keeping the upgraded M60 is better than moving on to the Minigun. 1/ it has a higher per-shot damage (22 vs. 18) and reloads quicker (2.2 vs. 3 secs.).
Anyway, it's a well-done game, good atmosphere, somewhat original twist to the story, bug-free, and engaging enough to keep me playing not just ofr badges, but for ingame achievements and score.
5/5.
