Best in the series.
A small thing that would help the interface would be to allow me to remove ALL my units and equipment.
Another small thing that would improve the game would be to have all my army units be spawned and start with full magic. I never start a mission till then for obvious reasons, so why not just cut out the 3 minutes of boredom.
Really needs a function to lower the quality for crappy computers.
A really fun game. I like the first bits more than the later bits because it was all about getting the high ground and then dropping in from above (where I think you take less melee damage from) and staying out of their light of sight.
The extra characters are also really likable and cool to play as.
Damn, for such a simple game it is fun. I like getting a gun and then just laying waste. I constantly have to move around and keep track of my ammo. A really good weapon system with every weapon having a use while some are still "better". And the melee weapon is good too.
But the combo system is not the best for kill streaks since that makes the flamethrower/shield a liability since they often times take too long to get a kill.
Small glitch I noticed: at some point the quality would lock on medium. And with some weapons the zombies that are really close are impossible to hit without moving around to gain distance (I think that the barrel of the gun goes out further than the zombie). This happens mainly with sniper rifles, but is abysmal with the beam rifle because with that you move too slow. And sometimes when I have a pistol and am firing and have low ammo and try to pick up another one it kinda forgets or something and I am left with my machette.
These extra missions were really good. I would prefer that the main game (and the sequel) focus more on difficulty and positioning over long drawn out fights.
A really great game. Like really good.
Sadly I cannot go back and replay levels. And why when I "drop down" can I not pull off a double jump, makes it really really hard to make a jump as I have to prematurely jump. And Some of the jumps require too much precision, not in that they are hard, but it takes too long to get to the hard jump and the jump is absurdly hard to predict so it becomes almost random to me. If not for small little jumping problems I could have beaten the game in half the time.
I like the Karma system but it takes way too long to beat the game and I don't get the karma system enough to be able to know that I would get a new endind.
But the general jumping was really fun, and I like the puzzle aspect a lot.
A great game.
So wait, the guy had a 6 year old kid when he is dying of old age. And he just abandons his wife for the druid.
I believe that the adult was his daughter, not his wife, and that the kid was his granddaughter which makes the story a lot better.
But note, the last picture for the harder difficulty really isn't worth it.
Didn't think that a laid back game like this would be so much fun for a twitch gamer who has to kill something every 5 seconds.
The game has good length but some of the achievements are way way to time consuming. Like probably 20 hours to get them all AFTER I win the game. Mainly because the bigger monsters are way way to rare (also annoying because you don't get to see that many). And they usually move to fast for me to fight. The big monsters also get mixed up with smaller monsters so I never really knew if I had killed it. We also really need some kind of pictures for the monsters.
But it must be said, the attraction range for the fairy was PERFECT.
Another amazing game. I like the spells and their sense of power. But a little description for reference later would have been nice for the spells and minions. And I hate the medic minion. I would have been happier if they healed rather than increased the health of minions.
Pro tip to win 12 minute mode. Maxed out fireball, plague, skeleton warriors, soul jar and stone fist
1) ninjas should come from the right so that I can start typing the second the enemy appears as opposed to having to wait.
2) The last level of story mode was impossible to beat for me because for some reason the boss would not accept my key inputs. I tried 5 times
3) generic fact that sometimes enemies do not take damage
4) I really like the powers, but the powers should have a separate cool down so that I have to switch between the 3 rather than just use "cut"
5) In regards to the cloning ninjas, it should not be random as to which is the real ninja. I should have the skill to remember who the original is and kill everyone.
6) when i get hit with a shuriken a bigger display needs to be shown. Because one time I got flash banged and didn't notice that I had been hit till it was way too late.
what, no final boss at 10,000 feet.
A really fun game that is at once good for a quick game while still having a long term goal.
But for craps sake get rid of the one hit kill spikes. They really ruin the game.
A really really fun and deep game. And the ending was, need I say, amazing. An idea that I had would be that in some missions you have to choose or buy your gear before going on a mission.
Items in the game are 1) green medkit at the health/ammo box at spawn 2) "help" written on the floor 3) wrench near a barred up door 4) at blue base there is a computer that says "the murderer is" 5) the two nail to the A) go to the room where are two active saws, then go back and then go to the right
Good game. I like how the heavy was the detective because then he could take down anyone that accuses.
FAQ:
Planets increase your unit cap and produce units
Shipyards create ships really fast
The more ships you have in a battle fleet the fewer losses they will take when fighting, so bigger fleets are better.
Fun effect: when you have 300+ ships orbiting a planet the math will eventually have it change to a giant swirl after a few minutes. Really cool to look at.
Truly an amazing game. The best innovations are that you don't lose/gain planets instantly and that you can send all of your troops to another planet. But don't make the hard levels so split second. Basically they are not hard, they just have one and only one answer and if you don't pull it off withing the first .5 seconds then you completely lose which is really annoying and frustrating.
Again, a truly amazing game that deserves a sequel. I demand another game.
