The resources DO carry over. It just looks like they don't. It'd be nice if the numbers by the soldiers were a little bigger. Those numbers dictate how many troops you send out, and there's a big difference in how you handle one vs. how you handle seven, and when the numbers are that size it's hard to tell which it is.

Not a bad idea, smiley, but I've sort of got that going right now and the enemies invariably attack that guy first. It's hard to keep him alive more than 2 rounds in a row and if the enemies surprise my party, forget about it. Still just not worth it for me.

I'm at the point where I have to spend almost all the winnings from one battle preparing to survive the next one. It'd also be nice if dropped loot would occasionally include bubbles or items other than potions. I guess this may have happened some, but not anywhere often enough for my taste.

Downgrading from 4 to 3/5. Battle needs an action queue or hotkeys and HP and an action bar for enemies. The enemies' levels are 125-200% of mine and they come in groups of 4-6, so battles are night on impossible without a significant amount of health/revive potions anyway. It'd be nice to know if the level 13 dude has low HP so I can take him out quickly, or if the other guy has a quick charging attack.

I agree with most other posters. Fun, cute, but way too short. We have no background about the daisy -- is it some mysterious relic of unspeakable power, or does this guy just like its scent? It would be nice if the screen only panned left or right as you got to the edge; it does make it difficult now to do some things in the middle. And the inability to combine items until you try them individually is kind of lame. All in all, though, a good start to a larger game. 3/5

This isn't a *bad* game, but the first two installments were superior. The shift in gameplay from those to this one is so radical. And while that's not always a bad thing, it really seems like it got a whole lot more complicated. I'm rating this 3/5 as a standalone game, but as the third game in a series I enjoyed it only rates 2/5 where my satisfaction is concerned.

Great game. My only gripe is the same thing others have said -- There's not that much to it. Stylistically it's wonderful, but it's less a game than an animated story with a few interactive elements. The hardest puzzle was the main generator and it only takes, what, a couple of minutes? Maybe five for the slower among us? If this were more challenging and a lot longer (say 10 hours instead of 10 minutes) you'd have a potential hit a la Myst.

You know, I am a little irritated that I kept getting the black screen and decided to play it on armorgames, then, when it finally works on Kong again and they add badges, I can't paste my saved game code into the game on Kong. Isn't that the whole point of that feature? I mean, I understand not wanting people to get badges by sharing codes, but was there not another way around that?
