Also, the gravity needs tightening up just a little bit. I'm doing well enough, but there should be less "win by knocking everyone out of bounds" and more skill play. Loose gravity renders high hp and some weapon effects fairly useless.
Well, it gave me the custom weapon eventually from finishing campaign 2... but it shouldn't have said it gave me one earlier if wasn't going to give it to me earlier.
Game eventually hung... Kitties died, then screen "reloaded" to the last image of the playfield when they died and wouldn't respond. This after a few minutes of building lag. 1/5
I quit with the first chest ("Go Here"). I got all the colors it asked for, but got Not Open. No explanation why, or what I did wrong. Yep, I'm gone. 1/5
The card game is REALLY BADLY streaky. The code apparently can't shuffle for crap. I'm pretty sure better RNGs were created three or more decades ago... you should fix this. Also, options for playing cards other than clicking on their thin title bars need to be introduced.
This is a nice enough mining game... but commendations for kreds? Really? The game pretty much ends when you finish upgrading as it is, the faction feature is a joke.
Some skills cap oddly early. I'm not sure about the others, but I had Blacksmith Skill and Blacksmith Expertise done by the time I reached Hellstone, and Auto Click Faster done by Hellstone 50.
Here's a dozen different soldier types. Enemies can use anything you can, and you cannot save soldiers in reserve to prepare for coming enemy formations. All new soldiers start at level 1. You have no idea what leveling them will do till you've done it, leveling and hiring are so expensive that you really can't do both, and you'll need to hire regularly to prepare for new enemy formations, so be ready to have mostly level 1 troops as what worked last fight probably won't next fight. If you die three times, you stop earning fame and lose 25% of all your feeble earnings from here on out. Good luck! (1/5)
Repair cost needs to scale with amount repaired. For instance, my Ravager costs $1,800 regardless of amount repaired. This means I can't just do a quick pop-in to repair 10% as I pass a station, I have to wait until necessary repairs are worth $1,800 to me. The design kind of sucks.
Do... do you guys even LOOK at the prices of these things when you make them? Who's going to spend hundreds of dollars on Gold to buy this stuff, even if it's "on sale"??? The "Ambrosia Extra Ally" pack ALONE costs over fifty dollars!!!
Lava is broken, mostly because it doesn't cool on it's own. Lava shouldn't generate enough heat to melt stone into more lava without a significant other source of heat. As a good guess, stone should need to be within two pixels of a powered Heater three pixels in size in normal Temp. Make a four-pixel square where 3 pixels are Heater and the fourth is Power, touch the power, let it rev up in normal Temperature, then observe the radiating heat to see what I mean. Lava in normal Temp shouldn't generate this much heat, so that it doesn't self-perpetuate when it gets away from a heat source. This could let us generate lava caverns and cisterns.
Terrible game, shame it's part of a challenge. It's practically impossible to reliably hit a window, and whatever is falling from the sky and turning me into a fine mist around 1.5k seems unavoidable... it always lands close enough that I can't jump over it, or lands right where I'm going to land from a jump. The curve is way too steep. 1/5
Hello, this is so only in the beginning of the game. Later on the costs of repairs are negligible.
