Wow, so many comments complaining about the controls...seriously people? You press the right arrow, the triangle rotates clockwise at a constant speed. You let go and it stops. You press and release the left arrow, same thing but anti-clockwise. The only "looseness" is in your fingers.
OK, I'm going to say the B word: badges. Your game doesn't have them. But it deserves them (even though Manufactoria is just a teensy bit better). You need to come up with a scoring system that actually works. Currently there are two scores, # of boxes and # of steps, and the second score is totally dependant on the input. Either drop the # of steps score, or standardise the input so it's the same for all levels. Either way, there needs to be a way of determining a single goddamn *score* for a level--is it better that I use less boxes, or less steps? Maybe combine the two somehow? Anyway, it's a great game, best I've played in a while...
Yeah it's a nice game, but... my save disappeared in the middle of playing, I managed to restore it from \gamez\0015\0169\live - there's two folders, the save was only in one, so I copied it to the other and this worked. But now none of my scores will submit, which means I can't get the hard badge. So in summation: a nice game that has technical issues. Fix & I'll rate it a 5...
Well, the bug has been fixed, sort of. Clearing my cache and cookies didn't work: I had to delete the saved data from my disk. This is kind of a hassle, most people aren't going to be bothered going to so much effort. For those that are, http://www.kongregate.com/forums/1-kongregate/topics/241751-sol-file-locations
Just in case the instructions aren't clear (hint - they're not): you will be shown a pattern on the left. Click and hold down the mouse button, and then drag the pointer over all the bots on the right that will make that pattern. And then release. (I'll ride the wave where it takes me...)
Harder than the first one, I think. Still really good.
Depression's not so bad. Go as quickly as possible, and you only need to jump 4 times. Hell's Stomach on the other hand...
An interesting knock-off of Chromatron et al, but I think I preferred the older, more challenging variations of these same old puzzles. And it would be better if that woman didn't popup and block the view of the level you've just completed.
It looked really nice, I was hooked -- right up until the point where it said "This is Azra. She can't move" followed by "Enemies come from here. Don't let them reach Azra!" I mean, really? Another godamn TD game? Can you not put your skills to better use? 1/5
I think it would be better if the map did not reset after you complete the game. I was only one mysterious fragment away from 100%, and now I have no idea where to look. No other complaints, though -- pretty damn good.
Really good puzzle game. Two problems: 1. Won't load on my laptop at home (Windows 7, 64-bit, any browser), but will load on my other computer (Windows XP, 32-bit, firefox). 2. The later levels (specifically the last three) seem to not be true puzzles -- they have multiple, non-determinable solutions -- which results in a lot of guesswork, and isn't a lot of fun. Gave it 5/5 anyway, since it's the first great puzzle game I've seen in a long while.
