A new ninja kiwi game. Nice. Could you edit bloons tower defense, maybe do something to make the monkeys less overpowered in mass numbers/increase the usability of other towers, like tacks?
Far too easy. There should be a limit to the arrow rain. With around 100 ghost archers in reserve or more, along with some units from the begginning of the game way deep in my back lines, with a front line of black ninjas and any given nations near invincible horseman, I can't lose. Mostly because the arrow rain fires around 8 full arrow barrages and at least 10 half barrages.
Guitar vs piano is actually easy... Except that STUPID fret(left up left right or whatever, after the left right left right or was it right left right left fret). It kicks me from x10 to x4 or x3, both of which are enough to kick me down to silver even with(and I can repeat this) perfect after fret playing.
Err... The arm twirling(I beleive it is called tweening, right?) is kinda glitchy. It worked fine for a while, but I tried to stab a zombie in the opposite direction and it was coming from between his legs, not his arms...
All these "perfects" you guys get, you have to hold the notes to the end AND not hit a beat that isn't there. Trust me, I just lost by 100 points on switch vs evil dog and I was ticked, but I knew where I messed up.
Good game, nice noises(though every arrow noise gets a bit annoying) and EXCELLENT framerate. Most games like this would be lagging with around 30 arrows, and yet yours sails by at max speed even with 100 archers+
Terrible physics, bad difficulty variation(level one is the hardest level untill level 8, after that I quit). About the physics.... CARS DON'T GO FASTER HOLDING DOWN THE GAS WHILE IN MID AIR! Also, monster trucks are not NEARLY that unsteady on inclines(a roughly 40 degree climb would not cause a monster truck to flip over backwards while flooring it).
I was doing perfectly and then I randomly died. Also, you spelled alligator wrong(I think it has 2 L's). Finally, you should either code it so they never print the same word on the screen at once, or so that the demon the farthest to the right with the word you typed dies.
Wasn't xeno tactic made AFTER DTD? I find DTD being a clone of xeno being unlikely, seeing as xeno is the more glitchy, less balanced of the 2(games that are clones are usually worse than the original).
It seems like a pretty good old style shooter, and is definatly worth a badge, maybe 2. Easy badge to fully upgrade a ship(or to buy the second ship) hard badge to beat all missions(or medium).
Add on.... Lag is your friend. If you have a computer that is slower than the other ones, but fast enough the animations still stay "smooth"(no jumps or 2 second freezes) then you will be able to shave roughly 15 frames on high intensity levels and maybe a total of 100 frames off of launching right out of the rest gate.
Ok here are the tips for hihest speed: On the "clever" levels just run in there. You will be killed but overall you will have more allies.
Most important to saving time is get speed powerups. IMO, it should be 10(but if you only need 10 you are as good as me, and I am impressive) to 16(this should have it practically moving on top of your mouse) and then the rest on armor or growth.
On levels you are surrounded, widen your allies and launch them while they are launching. It takes fire away from you, and hits the enemies faster. You just play cleanup.
Finally, NEVER quit right after beating the boss. You have to die at the final level to get the high score submitted, and this is the longest part of the game if you got the badge.
Greg, you shouldn't have changed it. It was still definatly an impossible badge(I got it in what, 6.95k frames). Overestimating the difficulty was because nobody ever TRIED a speedrun except those leaderboard guys.
