I played 4 first so I didn't realize I was losing the balls! Still fun but I hated having to drag the ball each time instead of just clicking. 4 spoiled me!
Awesome game! I had a lot of fun with it. I loved how I learned how to make certain patterns in early stages and used that knowledge in later stages. The only thing I didn't like was when it wasn't clear what something did. The one that stood out was the Angry Bird. It wasn't intuitive that I would only color the bottom when the beak was out. I guess it's that the beak keeps you from dipping it all the way into the can, but I was just clicking a can and not seeing it dipped in. Still 5/5
The game was actually tense in a way. I like the idea of the discovery being something good but then found out to actually be bad. The little girl missing from her room was heart breaking. I was annoyed when I went back inside with two days left and just went back to the "play" screen. I wanted to see what happened if I did nothing. Then after taking my daughter to work, I came back and my wife's body was in the hall for no reason. When I went into the bathroom, the game froze there. The first thing to fix is to make the character move faster. There is no reason to slow pla down with a slow character. It takes way too long for me to bother trying to get past the bugs.
Cool idea with some gameplay issues. I like the searching mechanic. It seems silly to lose my companions when I get on the subway but they do make the game too easy so it makes sense gameplay-wise. I didn't like how the zombies worked though. If they reach you they can hit you over and over again. I died once when I started a level touching one. Also making melee weapons deteriorate when I don't hit anything is dumb.
Interesting but boring quickly. I just make the same defenses and spam malwares. I only don't get perfect if I miss that the other guy spawned a certain type of enemy and hadn't made that defense yet.
Once again, Samus is melee but Batman is ranged... I still love seeing all and recognizing all the characters you put in but this isn't as good as the other two. Despite the memory leak, I enjoyed those. I had to path and make good equipment choices. The only thing I didn't like was how many times I had to replay levels to get all costume parts to complete suits. Here, I spammed extra fish until I had a great income and it was easy.
What? You killed my character off screen? For shame! If you have any further aspirations in making games, you can't do that in a story. Anyway, fun game. I love the similarities to Heroes of Might and Magic. I don't understand the complaints in the top comments. I never had trouble getting more money after spending it and easily won the final fight. The only gameplay criticism is that ranged units are overpowered. My final team was Dragons (obvious tank), Archmages, Giants, Goblins, and Arbalists. All I needed to win was to bind a fast enemy and/or teleport the enemy ranged units to my melees. I only lost two fights, both on castle assaults which were indeed tough.
Interesting idea but two main problems. 1) The beginning is too much of the same. You put in many "endings" but to try to get them all I have to do the same thing over and over again before I get to what makes a difference. 2) In order to win I need to get info from the therapy sessions. These do not rise organically but instead I either have to be mean to the crew or make no progress over an over until I get the info.
Again, the game looks good and the music is awesome. I definitely did a double take when I first saw 3D William though, because I wasn't expecting it. There is a slight variety to the the gameplay that is an improvement over the first one.
Cute and fun game. The graphics are great and I love the music. Sly is adorable. The only thing I didn't like was that the light magic was time limited rather than only giving you a limited number of darkling kills. I didn't always know or remember where they were when I got the aura and this isn't a game you replay. It was weird to have a boss, but it wasn't hard to beat once you figure out the pattern, which isn't complex.
