the beginning grinds, the challenges grind - some of them are even more bloody launch games...do you understand that minigames are meant to be a break from gameplay? the middle of the game is smooth and fun, and you get unlocks frequently enough to make it worth playing, but once you hit level 25, there's pretty much no point. a bit of incentive for the OCD player, but other than that, i don't see a point in playing after you hit level 25. also, it would be nice if we could trade in a couple bronze bars for a silver, etc. and what happened to the daily reward wheel!?

wow. this is the worst game i have ever played on kongregate. i mean, ever. the controls, the music - i don't even have time to review it. i have no constructive criticism that could possibly improve this game except to just scrap it entirely.

the game is super-interesting, and it retains some level of fun even after the game gets ridiculous. it becomes apparent early on that the stats have little to no bearing on actual gameplay. it seems to be totally random. around level 30 is when that fact becomes very frustrating. gen isn't plentiful, and there's no way to go back if you're unhappy with your creature. it really is a fun idea, but poor implementation and utter randomization squeezes the fun out of it for gamers who have invested an hour or two. so, really great play for an hour - excellent for casual gamers, but you're asking for a serious case of blue balls if you put more than an hour or so into it.

i beat the game and am working on the challenges. unfortunately, i have no clue what 'golden symbiosis' is. it isn't explained, and certainly doesn't seem to be benefiting me. any input?

unlike some of your other games, the only real flaw this game suffers from is that there isn't enough of it. it is fun and rewarding, but you run out of options fairly soon. also, it's got some of the same recycled stuff from your other games, in terms of weapons. it's still pretty fun, though.

you are just george lucas-ing the hell out of your games. you've got great core ideas, but you need people to tell you, "NO! DON'T add a Jar-Jar Binks! Redo every plot point involving ANYTHING that takes place on Naboo!" et cetera. You've got a distinctive style, a lot of the dynamics that people really love in video games, but you have just a few flaws in most of your games. Everyone does. The problem is that your flaws are fatal. They are largely flaws that break the game in some way that makes the player feel cheated. Honestly, though: retro graphics corner the hipster/geeksploitation demographic; the upgrades capture gamers' inherent OCD; the whimsical premise of your games make them accessible to even the casual gamers; the music has a nostalgic vibe to it; your games feature robots and zombies, which are HUGE with hipster faux-geeks. If you were to just tweak your games slightly (listen to user suggestions!) you could have frontpage submissions all the time.

so much promise! it's like a perfect skeleton of gameplay dynamics, but instead of flesh, the body is just comprised of human feces. you should give this game another go and listen to the suggestions in the comments.

this game was quite fun. light-hearted, but still fleshed out enough to be worth the time it takes to play it. i especially enjoyed the gradual increase of troops, so that by the last levels, there were huge armies clashing. 5/5

it's pretty fun, and pretty rewarding. i generally hate racing games, but this one squeaks by. doesn't quite bring home the gold, though. the challenge missions are silly and unnecessarily difficult. they detract from the game a fair bit. i give it a 4/5

one of the best things about launch games is that they tend to not frustrate, due to the fact that very little is invested by the player. sure, there's time, and a bit of a challenge, but there's always a reward, no matter how poorly the player does. there's simply very little time to feel loss between plays, and there is very little investment - basically just the click of a button. that isn't the case in this game. the sloppy controls coupled with precision tasks make this one of the very few launch games that is frustrating to play and less rewarding per effort put in by the player. also, the game is horribly slow. it is excruciating to maneuver the ship like a cruise ship on ice through the most crowded airspace known to man. it is painful to slowly exhaust the remaining fuel. when the body dies (through head-on impacts) the sight of the nose capsule giving me more time to play is not a sight that brings relief. ummm, nice upgrades, though. 2/5

your only options for swing strength are: 90%, 95%, 100%, 110%, and 120% with the powerup. come on, man. most of golf's nuance comes from putting, but there's no option for that kind of fine touch that is required. you can't chip into any hole, as it inevitably bounces right out. please fix the short game.

basically everyone's criticisms are spot-on. it could have been a good game, but it wasn't. it is pretty, which is a nice final touch if everything else in a game works. as it is, the game was slow, uninspired, and boring. to top that off, you make much of the content paid content, which nobody wants. also, didn't load for a couple hours, resulting in possibly the fastest drop from the kongregate front page i have ever seen.

it's addictive in much the same way that hard opiates are: you keep coming back to it, even though you can't remember anything even remotely appealing about it. the game is a difficulty nazi, first off. the constant balancing of energy, relationships, and money is the only thing that provides any sort of stimulus. oh, there's also those ZANY & WACKY RANDOM EVENTS! except the only thing random about them is how badly you'll get screwed for no reason at all. you know what you're missing to make this game even more unplayably difficult? skill deterioration. just randomly start losing skills if you don't train them daily. i'll bet you're kicking yourself for that one, huh? of course, if you're using your gaming engine to do it, you'll miss yourself, as long as someone farts in your general vicinity. a very generous 1/5
