Game is amazing. More polished than many games you have to pay for. The rating is low because it had gameplay problems when it was first released. Shame. It deserves to be in the top games on the front page.

Avoiding hostages is basically luck. At least make the stage end right away when you shoot a hostage, instead of waiting for the full chain reaction to finish.

Basic TD game, nothing new here. Very CPU intensive, not sure why. Also needs a x2 x4 button.

It's like VVVVVV, but it doesn't suck! Good controls on the game, pretty graphics, you fixed everything that was wrong in VVVVVV. And you gave it away for free :)

On the limited gold level, it's really obvious that the computer just has a script of units. It doesn't mirror what a human can do at all. You should be able to tech jump with your starting gold but the computer stays ahead in both tech and units. Needs a re-balance.

Catapults are under-powered relative to gunmen. When both are upgraded, catapults do 2x the damage, but gunmen shoot over 2x as fast. So gunmen do more damage, cost less, and get unlocked earlier in the game.

Unit stats should show fire rate, especially since upgrades affect it for some units.

Should show entire upgrade tree (the ones you buy between levels) at the start, so players can see what the higher level upgrades do and plan what to get.

In battle, spells should show how much special power they require. Otherwise it's hard to know when you'll be able to cast them.

An option to "Spend Skill Points before this battle" would be really nice.

To get money fast: Start a level, use the 2 free bombs, and die. You keep the coins. Repeat.

Please show stats for guns BEFORE we buy them. Sucks to have to buy the gun before finding out if it's good.

By the way, the speed upgrade at the bottom is for your gun's speed, not your plain's. So wait until you get a gun you want before upgrading.

Thanks for making troop placement easier! One more streamlining request, then this game will really play well: Don't make me click the X every time to close the troop placement window. Just let me click the next square to place a troop. Then you can set up your line nice and quick.

Let me use standard turret graphics. I don't want to draw my own turrets. Also, customized turrets are cheaper than the default ones.

A lot of fun. Interface could really be streamlined though. To place a unit, you click the square, the right arrow until you find him, then the X. Since you always want to do a line of units, it winds up being a lot of clicks. Could you let us select a unit type, then just click every square we want them? Would be a lot easier to set up battles.

You should always have 1 laser that shoots straight ahead. It's annoying to have an enemy down the hall and not be able to shoot him because you have the wrong # of lasers.
