Surprisingly fun and a clever innovation on the "castle defense" mechanic. Upgrades are used to extend gameplay (although the base reflex action doesn't change much throughout). I have a few suggestions if a sequel is considered, however. I'd like to see a wave meter or some idea of how many creeps are approaching. I quit around level 27 and would have liked to have known if the game goes on perpetually or if there's a boss in the horizon. In any strategy game it's generally best to avoid anything "random" whenever possible, so randomly firing defenses is kind of unfortunate. (Hotkeys or buttons to fire them, or have them fire at a regular frequency would be better.) Overall it's good!

Fun start on a whack-a-mole mechanic. While I only played on easy, I'd like to see some more variation in the targets, how they appear, and what they do when they DO appear. Moving elements in the environment, moving targets, and some depth elements (bonus multipliers, dynamite...anything that provides choices), would be good improvement considerations. It's obvious a lot of time was spent on the graphics but I'd encourage you to enlist the help of an experienced artist if you opt to do another version.

I agree that some very simple instructions would have shortened the time it took me to figure it out. I'd prefer some indication that the sides of the field were deadly. The difficulty curve was odd; some early levels were hard and later ones easy...guess that's normal. A clear code, (color or whatever) to indicate what is safe to touch and what is not would be nice. Hate to invest time trying to solve a level when I also am learning what I can touch. My personal limit on trying to solve a level is about 10 times before I give up. That happened to me on level 8. Overall, great production, slick and polished.

The in-game controls say space for machine guns but it's Z. The production values are great and I liked the feel of the plane in general...but it drives like a powerful stunt plane, not like a fast Mustang. I felt there should be enough bombs delivered to actually keep the ground targets under control. (You should also be able to strafe the ground targets for when you are out of bombs.) The edges of the play field could be handled differently...perhaps some buffer space that lets you turn around while still showing your plane. Acceleration should be a touch faster for getting out of stalls...and speed shouldn't be lost so quickly when you dive. (I'd love to see the plane become more nimble and responsive the faster you went.) Finally, the play field should be larger and taller. It would be cool if the bullets arced and curved like in real life. Oh yeah...objectives. What are they?

I agree that it's very laggy...and gets worse and worse over time. That should help you figure out what's going on in the code. As Ion said, the scale of the illustrations could use some alignment. I think that some of the levels could be rearranged to make the difficulty curve smoother. (Level 1 was much harder than level 4, say.)

Arionyx...to use 80 words to describe how much you don't like to read strikes me as funny. (The tutorial was fine.)

I love card games but I do have a few suggestions. The typical conceit is that "my" cards are on the bottom half of the screen. The iconography could be improved...and "icons" for the card color aren't necessary and interfere with the similar icon for special card effects. A little space around the "table" would be nice too. The gameplay foundation is interesting but I found the choices too limiting and therefore the game lacks some strategy. All told, it's a solid start.

Uh...those pedestrians are very fast and very small. I'd like to see the objectives outlined a little more clearly. I patiently hunted down and ran over all the peds but it didn't trigger any kind of event...so I'm quitting.

The ball physics seem reasonable but the flipper action was a little off. When you hit a ball on the inside of the flipper it exerts less force than on the end of the flipper. In this game the flipper seems to be treated more like a "curved paddle" that shoots upwards. (Sort of the difference between a bunt and a swing...if the bunt were done with a curved bat.) Otherwise I thought it was great. The goals within the game seems obscure at times...I wasn't sure what I should be aiming for next...but I did just fine by slamming the ball whenever I could. For larger developments I'd like bigger boards and maybe some stronger thematic "adventure"-type stuff. (Maybe a board for each stage of an epic journey..."the woods", "the castle", "the dungeon", etc.

It's a good start but could use some work. Here are some suggestions for the next version: Improve the tracks by making them more interesting...both visually (more diversity) and mechanically (add some track features). Consider replacing the pits with gaps in the track since you die when you fall in them anyway. Either improve or do away with the bonus system...perhaps replace it with achievement bonuses (wheelie distance, air time, etc.). The bikes should have greater parity...they're too similar. No need for a brake control (as far as I saw). The pace and challenge level is reasonable.

I'm not really sure why my crossbow has hit points but I'd prefer some kind of Z/X leaning function to avoid shots. Kind of too bad that the production values are so nice on this game with such lackluster gameplay.

Not bad but could really benefit from just a little refinement. The collision detection on the static elements, (walls, etc.) is inconsistent. A reasonable behavior is to have the orb roll along the edge of an obstacle rather than jitter and snag. Some of the collisions with bombs seems a bit irregular. In a game where the excitement comes from "narrow escapes," the edges of the drawn object are critically important. Finally, the pace of growth is simply too slow. The smallest orbs should probably deliver greater growth per unit at maybe double the benefit as they offer now. One more thing: I'd like to see the power-up icons be more intuitive and reflective of their benefit. I couldn't remember what did what...and I shouldn't have to. (The protective shield is actually not much of a benefit at all...not if you're trying to grow larger. Exploded enemies should impart a growth bonus, I think.) There are some great things...the levels were fun! The boost meter is excellent.

Great. Professional production values, thoughtful and intelligent puzzles that aren't too frustrating, and just creepy enough. Rather short, I thought, and maybe I would have liked to have seen kinetic blocks explored more thoroughly...but other than that I really liked it.

Few more suggestions: (1) Would like to see the units I had currently equipped on the Upgrade screen indicated in some way because the icons are so small. It would help me upgrade the ones I was using. (2) I think I'd prefer an auto-save since there's really no "going backwards." You never lose anything by failing so there's no reason not to save between every level. Saving is perfunctory so it might as well be automatic. (Conversely, quitting WITHOUT saving is a huge bummer...so there's extra reason.) (3) I'd like the order names and buttons to be a bit more intuitive. Hold Position would be better than March to the spot you click. Overall the game new edition is very good and is compelling enough to play even after my mind says I should be quitting.
