This is just like that corporation game uploaded around a year ago, minus the ability to upgrade rooms and workers, intelligent workers, and the game breaking freeze bug. So, we lost 2 good things and 1 bad. I don't think it was worth it.
Needs a pause button. Sorry, but quitting to menu does not a good pause button make. Hit detection is wonky. Sometimes you hit, sometimes you don't, despite nothing changing between the sometimes.
Hey, a few have mentioned this. I haven't been able to reproduce it myself so the best I can do is try to stretch the bounds a couple pixels beyond what is visible for 1.02.
Since people are down rating my comment, it must be a glitch. That, or they are WebCypher fanatics/disciples who refuse to let anyone see a comment that could be considered to be negative.
2/5. Decent idea, but there is about a 1-1.5 second delay between pressing up and it actually jumping. The bombs randomly get stuck in objects. They are affected by objects they cannot even touch. There are too many issues with the game right now for me to rate it high.
If you insist on making upgrading the only reliable way to heal a unit, then the act of upgrading a unit should take less time than it does for an enemy to inflict killing damage to said unit. Especially when the unit is at full health.
You need to fix the health regen. Yes, it does exist, but it is so minor that it might as well not. Make it noticeable for anyone who did not screw up on Level 10 and put all fire mages and 0 archers on it.
Choosing/activating a spell must take a lot less time. I am dying on level 17 before the slow spell even starts.
Glitch prevents perfect score. Balloon/ball/left testicle of genghis khan will not pop when it hits the spikes on Level 14. Only occurs while my jumps are less than 23. After I have 23 jumps, it doesn't even have touch the spikes.
DatBoy3x#3, research your items. The basic research will inform you the mood, humanity, and hunger the specimen needs to have a passive reaction for the item in question.
2/5 because it lags way too much. I actually takes me 10 seconds to select any unit. Click click Click click Click click Click click Click click Click click Click click Click click Click click Click click WHY WON'T YOU GET SELECTED DAMMIT?! I cannot in good conscience give this game a good score with such a crippling issue.
I cannot wait for the sequel. Maybe create a secret sensei rating for those who complete levels under the perfect rating? Maybe those who obtain the sensei rating are given a 1 forgiven jump for each rating obtained if they reach the perfect score but haven't completed the level?
