This game has great graphics and sound. How can a game get the hard stuff so right and then cheap out on the easy stuff so badly? The upgrade screens are nearly unusable because they are so badly designed. I really hope that it will have updates because this game has had too much effort put into it to waste like this.
Why can't I get flash to load the updated version? Is the update a myth, or is flash just refusing to reload the game? Normally it happens automatically.
The final special move locks up my browser, Firefox 3.0.12, with the latest version of flash. I must reluctantly deduct one star from my rating of this otherwise great game.
It could use more indicators so that we can see what's happening. There should be something that shows why one of my units is destroyed every time it happens, because as it is I think sometimes my units die just for glitches.
Great game! Lag was a bit of a problem for me. I got to a high level with a ton of upgrades, but then I died and I blame the lag for my death, so -1 star. 4/5 stars.
It's so glitchy it must have been intentionally made that way. The flip+roll is inconsistent, sometimes it will take you up 3 blocks; sometimes it won't even take you up 2 blocks. Sometimes you can go through blocks. Fun idea, great animation, glitches kill it. 1/5 stars.
The animation is wonderfully done. +4 stars. Bite My Valentine is very cute and funny and has awesome action. +4 stars. The other stories are much weaker, unfortunately. 5/5 stars.
Impressive RPG. I haven't found any glitches yet. Unfortunately, it seems that all monsters give the same experience; so it's practically begging me to grind on blobs.
You can get yourself in situations where there is no hope of recovery because there is a buried bad connection. That's fair, but it would be better if there was always some hope. Also, I like the contrived puzzle style of the tutorial; more of that would be great.
Great game. The system of having more than one challenge for each level really adds depth and replay value. You get to know each level without it getting repetitive. Each level is huge, too, giving lots to explore.
It's not fair to complain just because it shows you the final image while you play. That's standard for jigsaw puzzles. But you can complain that it is nothing but a standard jigsaw puzzle, with nothing special at all to make it more interesting. Worth playing once, maybe. 2/5 stars.
