I'm going to suggest a new section for quality of life upgrades: Starting monster level, frequency of boss appearances, starting distance, multi-buy for stats, etc. These would all be things that would speed up the early game, but not necessarily affect the gameplay past the point the player is at. They could be expensive (mid to end game content) but once you're at the scale of easily getting to level 100, starting with monsters at level 1 is really a waste of time, and skipping everything under level X would just feel better.
Frankly, as soon as I saw that Prestige removes your previous Prestige, I stopped playing. It's not interesting enough for me to do the same stuff over and over without progress...
I can't get the game to un-pause. I keep trying to toggle the pause button, but it never moves again, and reloading the game starts over, having never saved.
I am sorry to hear that. Maybe refreshing page and completing tutorial one more time could fix that? Or checking if everything works on any other browser?
It's hard to think of a reason without more informations.
the copy button now crashes the game in Firefox: "An error occured running the Unity content on this page. See your browser's JavaScript console for more info. The error was:
TypeError: newWin is null"
Console error is as follows:
TypeError: newWin is null
var newWin = window.open(); newWin.document.write('');
blob:ht... > eval (line 1, col 32)
You really need more in game information, like how much things cost, what they actually do, how much dps or $ps they give you. All the basics that allow people to make good decisions are missing. Like, I know how many citizens I have... and that's it. Do they give me bonuses, do they get spent on other things? I have no idea what half the things in the game are, nor what they are doing. For an idle (or any resource-based) game, that is crucial information.
The animations, like achievements sliding in every time I select a different upgrade, are really a waste of both CPU cycles and UI time. I would get rid of all the sliding screens, and the game would run much more smoothly.
Ya see? This dude gets it.
