1. The sheer amount of crap that fills the air detracts from actually trying to destroy/dodge the enemies, so the magnet becomes a necessity, not an option. 2. Really nice story intro with excellent artwork. However i was disappointed when the game seemed to consist of shooting completely human aircraft. The gameplay seems incongruous with the story, though i'm still on lv1 insane, so that may be too rash.
The hard badge is equivalent to 9k on one hole and 8k on the rest. This helps u to gauge how many "misses" u can afford. Generally the rainbows are a massive help, u can usually power the ball along their path to get many at once and reach the hole. Fun game, and almost as fustrating as real golf! :P
It's being said plenty, and here it is again: Rock-like obstacles frequently and fustratingly paralyze you, and money-collecting radius is way too small in later levels.
How on earth do you destroy a chopper? i've tried boosting into ramps and leading it into pylons, to no avail. Am i just not leading accurately enough?
The medal incentives seem a little skimpy. Also, combos should give us a bonus to skulls earned, even if it's just double the original skulls collected during that combo. In other words i don't want to have to grind so much for skulls.
For those facing difficulty with high-level enemies, use healing, regen n damage equip buffs with following spells: firestorm, icestorm, wealth, warlord, regen (unless healing already ridiculous). U need a good weapon, pref. heavy hitting. The idea is to use the corresponding spells when the board is weighted accordingly, and get lots of 4 or 5 combos. You'll be rolling in mana. High capacities obv. useful.
I had to look at the guide soley because the black writing on the wall is sometimes illegible, even with contrast/brightness maxed out. Spoilt the fun slightly, please make background lighter or highlight writing when cursor is placed over it for a second e.g.
Why so many complaints about maxing out skills? You don't need to max out skills to do well. Just pick the right ones, you should be pretty sorted at lv25. Having said that, reset skill button is a must, so that we can easily experiement with different skill sets.
Lol the reward for the hard badge is the ability to become an invisiball. That, and realising you've just rubbed the paint off your left/right arrow keys.
