All those happy little ghosts and fireballs were roaming around in their joyful little communities until I, the giant faceless cross, came and ended them
And that's a shame because I think this game is playable up to about level 400 without transcending, which is not normal for an idle game and I like that a lot.
Just played this again. The main story's fun, but the survival mode was depressing. However, I finally found out how to get the hard medal: get really, really lucky (multiple potions, gold horn, lots of bombs)
I can't keep this up. There's too many things on the screen that are the same size and look the same, even after I've selected a clue or gotten a few right
Neat game - I can see it was inspired by Sudoku, but with a pet flavor. Along that same line, I think it'd be even better if wrong guesses didn't matter. The fun is in the solving of the puzzle, not in proving I can figure out puzzles within a certain number of guesses (and Sudoku puzzles that force guesses are less fun anyways)
"I am somewhat impatient, but I know that the game will be loaded soon" - 30 minutes later this is still showing. I don't think the game will be loaded soon
I didn't think this game was too slow, but I was watching a movie at the same time. Might've needed a speedup under any other circumstance. Overall it was decent, once I got the strategy down. Important people in the middle. Monks in back. Tanks in front. Chaff on top. As many archers as possible to maximize damage. H. Protection > M. Blade + S. Shot > repeat, other abilities as needed. Artifacts: Health and Defense are by far the most important (aside from gold farming) because of action economy: if your guys die, so does your ability to damage your enemies.
"There's still hope" is mocking me on the level where I soft-locked by pushing the block a bit right, but not far enough, so that even though it's not on any floor, it's still behind held up (by a pixel?), and I can't jump up there anymore to push it any further.
"Sometimes you just need to have faith" Does that mean I need to jump at the wall everywhere in search of secret paths? Even over spike pits? "What? No!" Kinda breaking my faith here man...
Nice to see this recognized recently! This is a fun game, so I played it again. The one thing I feel like it's really lacking is a garbage mechanic - the ability to remove cards from the deck. I think that would make it even more fun.
