I don't know if its because I just don't know what the bonus word is and the game is attempting to help me, but i have lots and lots of the same letters... X V W K, and they are not too handy.
I never understand in these escape games why there is always a screwdriver, but you are never allowed to use it to open the door!! No I think I'll disregard the extreme usefulness of this tool and see if I can't instead pry open that box to get some batteries to make the radio work so the fish will sing and then I will have the key for some reason...
Oorenotsoo mentioned a critical point I think and that is to start with the awkward blocks and move to the familiar ones. The awkward ones that are for sale in the shop only make the game less enjoyable and make you want to play normal tetris. So take advantage of that.
I really enjoyed this game and loved the different challenge that it presents. The music suits its pixel graphics and I think that the difficulty grade is good. I agree with a couple of comments that you could be a tad more helpful (maybe some text on the background texture) explaining some things - the reverse colour thing for example takes a few goes to understand what happened. I am now on lvl 21, still enjoying it.
Nice game, probably more like snake than it is tron even though its essentially the same thing. I found the controls slightly unresponsive at times which was a little annoying when trying to make fast turns and die instead.
Great game, but a little unbalanced. I seem to need to work really hard to get money and items early on, but then my character is leveled up so much that the last bunch of maps were really quick.
Fantastic concept! I found that I wanted a bit more control over the little guy however. He moves so fast and the elastic arrow thingy seems so inconsistent that I was constantly killing him on those blades. I gave it 4/5, would be 5/5 if the control was just tweaked a little.
Cool little game, I got to level 4 before getting a bit bored and tried to open the harder ones in freeplay. It seems broken, I can select songs, but can't get out of the screen without being forced back to level one. Also twinkle twinkle is generally attributed to Mozart :)
STORY FAIL! But the ending made me lol!!! "I was running my simple sheep but suddenly my hands started to throw more and more until my large hands exploded. As I looked into my exploded hands I found a bright tower that shined in my eyes. This was like no other. This one had a grape just at the top of it. I liked it. It was grow up into my hands and i brought the bright tower home. I was grow grasped my long man for the rest of the day."
Nice game, but it took me about 6 levels of wanting to control the strength of the ball shooter before I realised I actually could control it! The age old method of holding down mouse for more power works better than what you have done.
