There is seriously a problem when you lose to beasts levels below you and when you face off against beasts well above your level the pay off for winning (that won't happen) is hardly greater than those of your level.
I don't know how I did this glitch, but it was pretty entertaining. If you have power smashes left and let the geek stop rolling in front of you (he's such an easy target bouncing only a few feet high any normal person would hit him) he once came to a stop in front of me and started walking back with my character still charging in front of him like he was going to power smash him. On a whim I went to hit him, and it was similar to the power smash! It didn't have the reaction, but he swung at him and hit him, then when he was walking back, he was tilted back diagonally! So funny!
I am getting really pissed off. I have everything maxed out, a bunch of nukes, but every time I try to get the 3,000,000 badge, I get f*cking abducted by a f*cking alien. That's total bull sh*t. You can't do a d*mn thing about it, and it doesn't matter how fast you're going or how many bullets or nukes you have, or even the special bomb thing, you're f*cking brought to a screeching halt by an alien abduction. F*ck that.
I honestly don't see why this game has so much appeal for people. I played the first two games, and it hasn't gotten any better here. Slippery, unresponsive controls (you jump and run all over the place, feeling as if you have little say in how he flips), mediocore stage design, lackluster artwork (and this is going on next-gen consoles for download?), a few simple songs that loop over and over. This is not a great or even very good game, and I would never waste my money to download this third installment in a bland series of games.
This simple issue might help me greatly, but is there any purpose for the mana pearls? I've found this game to be surprisingly more merciless than I might have first guessed, as I keep dying on later levels with a simple mistake.. if not, it'd be nice to see them get a real purpose other than as another point system that does nothing.
This is a poor man's COD and for them to award badges, and even imply that you would spend real money on this game is laughable. Got the first two badges, glad to never play this shit again. Spawns suck, accuracy is non-existant, and there doesn't seem to be a frag/capture the flag goal you're even aiming for in order to win the round! I played a CTF and had 30+ captures, and the game wasn't over!
What is the damn point of a barricade if zombies can run up to it with a weapon, take one swing, and kill one of the survivors? That's total bullshit, especially when you don't have a save function, retry the level, and now you have one last ally to help you defend against the zombies. This is nonsense and doesn't deserve badges.
Just Made So You Feel There Is More Mode.. good grief, thank goodness that isn't an impossible badge. Beat the last extra level in this mode; just so you know, it's activated when you get the requirements for the hard badge, and it makes your ball invisible!!
So unless I'm crazy or something, they decided to give badges to this really old game? I know I've played it somewhere else before; just sort of wondering why it has badges now all of a sudden.
1. Does defend do anything for you during battle? 2. I like that this game promises sequels, but this has way too many different skills for you to pursue; cooking, tailoring, etc. It'd take a lot of money and grinding for resources to make it worthwhile, and there aren't enough adventures here to merit that effort on the player's behalf. 3. The only repeating adventure you can go to more than once (not the sewer) is programmed to play pre-set levels again and again. That's fine, but at least keep them from showing up in a row (AACC is bad ABAC is good). 4. The final demon was way too weak; he had 400 health, but I killed him with 3 hits (and I don't feel I had the best weapon at that point). All in all worth my time, but it fell through in a few areas.
