@falcon1347, I think you should read rent/day as rent+utilities/day.
(where I live mansions are never for rent as the associated cost puts it way out of range for those willing to rent.)
could you please put the current finances in the main interface instead of the playfield? Too often do I find that I need to either drag to and from or zoom out in order to see it. (the first is becoming too much of a waste of precious time, the second makes it unreadably small.
I'd like it if the generation-counts on the top row also showed how much the pixel limit would give that generation. (makes it easier to determine the best generation to focus on for upgrading)
Bug: every time an equip is obtained, new or not, the equip tab will flash *NEW*. (have gone 7 times of seeing it flash *NEW* when none of the 5 empty slots were replaced with an equip.)
collision detection needs a lot of work. 90% of the jumps that should end on the edge of a block end up being treated as hitting the side of said block
Yes and it messes up the sound too.
I´m afraid that´s because of how the borweser handle web-gl plugins.
But also beacaus of the way how I implemented certain things.
Some calculations are not done every frame in order to safe cpu time.
That seems to cascade up with the lowered framreate while the tab has no focus.
It´s cerainly something I have to keep in mind in my next projects.
I´m not sure if it´s always a higher gain tough. I had in mind I had way smaller ones when it is out of focus. But that coule be a false memory too.
When will you add the ability to save settings? (forcing a user to set auto-save to any thing other than 30 seconds every time the game reloads can easily cripple an SSD-based system.)
had met the bronze and silver goals of That's A Knife, but end screen only reports one medal. if this was due to (possibly) having reached the bronze goal a previous run, then please make it clear if a goal is pre-met. (EG: blue text for such a goal)
Don't worry, this was just a visual problem in the event review that's fixed with the recent update. It just showed the medals from the first incarnation of the event.
The medals are additive for each incarnation of an event. You can check this in the event medals highscore.
looks like you've got the rounding the wrong way around.
instead of rounding the finances down and the costs up (making it easier to determine if something can be purchased), you round the finances up and the costs down (causing a lot of false indications that something can be purchased when in fact we don't yet have the dough for it)
it seams only the amount of tools and resources are saved.
but it's important that the production on/off status of resources and
the auto-save setting is also saved (the latter especially on SSD systems where every write reduces the lifespan of the drive)
ok, will do, will add it in the wiki http://steampunk-idle-spinner.wikia.com/wiki/Steampunk_Idle_Spinner_Wiki
