Level 36 is too hard. Way too hard. Not impossible to complete but the difficulty curve got thrown out and thats a severe negative. I think it took 30min to get that last level, its too finicky and quick and allows for no mistakes or weird angles at all which you get due to having to move so fast and the frog is weird sometimes. This game was a 4+ stars until that. Now i cannot give it more than a 3. That level should have been a bonus level or something instead after the regular ones got done.
Good game, like the difficulty progression. I suspect that a rewind button would make it too trivial. If the rewind was limited for like 1 step would be fine i think. Accidentally moved too much sometimes, and into spikes.
After spending 2 minutes watching Me AND the Enemy miss and doing 10dmg the few times we hit each other I gave up. I cant believe i played this game back in 2013 and got the badges. The 1 star I gave it then is not deserved. This game should have negative points.
Something is ****ed up with the game. I get instant wins/defeats as soon as a stage loads. Sometimes both popups at once or loads of them. Whichever is last is what counts. Music just hickuped and started repeating, 1 sec later all music died. Music didnt come back until i had autowon or lost another stage. And now i can buy upgrades without having money. -1879 coins i got to when it stopped working Stage 8 gave me a white screen that doesnt load. And now this error is present on every stage. EVERYONE who are talking in chat is reporting this white screen loading that never ends. Way to go. At least i already have the badges from when they were added.
Softlocked the game. 1 star. Unacceptable to lose progress that far in due to it. Frozen enemy where i cant reach it regardless of levels in velocity/propulsion to try again. Frozen enemies should unfreeze on their own after a set amount if time.
Good controls which is a must for platformers. God I hated the yellow tower up. Anyhow, the tower down + the escape, felt very unnecessary and pointless. After all you already broke the roof in one place to cut some yellow rooms away, why not instant traveling to the surface? The final boss was barely ok, would have been good if not for the falling rock phase, messed me up with BS rng+homing several times in a row. The epilepsy flashing end at the surface annoyed me. All in all 3/5 stars, very close to 4.
The controls is the worst thing in this game. Lets ignore the horrible way to acquire each movement option. Floating is horrible, either you move too fast or so slow as to not matter. At this point i see no point in continuing since the controls actively makes this pointless exploration. Such a shame. Controls is everything in games. Too fast and icephysics/slippery. If the controls were good this would have been a 4 for me, now its a 1.
Weird bugg. After placing a couple of blocks the mouse gets displaced so there no way of knowing where it is after pickup up a piece. I assume its a flash problem.
Oh man, I never clicked ESC and there was a map, would have saved quite some time. And I missed it in the instruction info box as well, when i was looking for the mute option (listening to podcasts while playing). Stupid brain disregarding all info except the info I was looking for. Clicked esc by accident went i was looking for that special door i remembered seeing that probably had the key for the more special door. *facepalm* Good game regardless if one had the map or not. 4 stars.
God lvl 50 is so annoying. At least it was the last. Horrible graphs at the end over deaths and time. 30min13sec for all levels the first and probably last time. I did not like the swinging physics. It was close enough to the good old ninjarope from worms to be playable for me though. The controls felt tight and responsive i just couldnt get into it. No problems with the game, its pretty good. Not gonna try "new hard game" mode. Wasnt that fun for me personally.
